Fabulous hotel great friendly staff and very comfortable rooms, so why drop one star you ask ? Simply because no information was offered to us at check in about all the other restaurant’s & sporting facilities throughout of which there are many , an information package in rooms or on website would be very helpful , after searching ourselves we found a fantastic place called Harvey's Wine Bar, Lounge and Kitchen, great entertainment , there is a lot more to see here that we didn’t know existed great spot 🙏

Beautiful complex and room was clean , comfortable and stylish. Javier on Reception was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

It is out in the middle of nowhere so quite expensive to go anywhere if not hiring a car. If a golf player then ideal and not too far from the airport. €35 for a taxi from the hotel to the airport.

As soon as I walked in from a horrible bumpy flight from Manchester I was treated like Royalty from a staff member called Javier. He made me feel at ease from the get go, travelling on your own can be daunting but not with fantastic and highly trained staff! A young lady called Maria at the restaurant was the nicest. Always finding a table for me, as again being on your own. I didn’t want to take up a huge table for a family, she had the best table for me. To whoever is reading this. Ignore the no kettle at the bedrooms etc I always take a travel kettle, this place is a slice of heaven and for a golf lover like me, what’s not too like! The golf pro Jose has the patience of a saint and if you have kids they have an excellent juniors facility or family classes for less than €100 for 4! I was on my own, but saw lots of families having fun. So hurry up and book this place, my room was number 1010, the views were breath taking!!! Almost forgot their gym was great with the latest equipment too, I loved the selection of weights! Take it from me, this really is worth a trip

That I couldn’t stay longer!

The location was great and the pool was amazing. My children had lots of fun. Breakfast was great too with a huge selection of fresh food.

We ate lunch at the pool bar twice during our stay and found the price to be very expensive for the food received. We asked for Margaretia pizzas one day and were told there was none available but we could have the BBQ chicken pizza instead. I asked if we could just have the pizza without the chicken etc and was told no that the pizzas came prepared. We ordered a smoothie one day also and it lacked all flavour which I mentioned to staff. She took the smoothie away so I assumed she would return with a new one but she did not and I was still charged for the smoothie which was also expensive for what was received.

Great hotel. Although you stay in multi-room houses, all the houses are close to each other and near the pool. Main building only houses the reception, bar, restaurant, and gym. Pool is large, and there’s generally no problem finding sunbeds. There's a large, free parking lot. Location is also good. Right next door, there’s an artificial ‘old town’. It was built to look old/perhaps stylish?, and it seems like the only purpose of it was to sell apartments to the British. But thanks to this place you can go to several places where you can eat or buy something or even party a little

Flies during meals. Perhaps it would be a good idea to set up some booths with flypaper or other insecticides? Eating is constantly interrupted by swatting away flies

Staff was very nice who did everything in their power to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The selection for breakfast was huge and spectacular with some daily variation to avoid being boring. I only missed some cured ham, ater all it's Spain. ;) The room was very spacious and clean. The location is strange in the middle of an unspectacular semi-desert, far behind the gates of a holiday park whose reason for existense remains a mistery to me. However, it is conveniently located close to a multilane highway if you want to see the surrounding area.

All in all, it was a great stay with a phenomenal price/quality ratio. There were just some minor things: There was a constant, terrible smell during our stay (mid-October), which was not the accommodation's fault but probably came from the nearby area of intensive agriculture using natural fertilizer. The shower needs fixing in our room, because it sprays everywhere it shouldn't, so you can't use it without getting your hair wet. The blanket on the bed was too warm and thick for any season or temperature.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are good. Bed extremely comfy

Would be better if the hotel had coffee making facilities in the room and a couple of bottles of water. Went for golf only played once as the fairways are beyond repair the irrigation system has been installed but I needs closing and re seeding. It could be a great course but the fairways make it a massive disappointment. Need more staff on at the bar at night. I know it's low season but when guests are there they still need serving

It was an emergency booking as our flight had been cancelled. The staff on reception were amazing, very helpful. The breakfact was plentyful and the our room was amazing. Unfortunately we didn't get time to look around or enjoy anything else about the hotel but I would defininately look at going back.

There was a funny smell i the air like manure, we experienced this at the airport too. Someone said it's becuase Murcia is an agriculture area, which makes sense now.

It was a great stay, the bed was so comfy lovely white linen.

The outside terrace in the rooms were very dusty and the flower beds overgrown dead weeds. The sunbed and cushions are very dirty. All the palm trees overgrown couldn't really use the outside terrace. No drink or snack available until 12. Unused restaurant by the pool. Broken glass held together with tape and paper. Actually exploded while lying on the sunbed. On to pool area.

Amazing hotel, good room, very clean, helpful staff. The territory feels very clean and exceptionally safe. The hotel is dog friendly, lots of place for our dog to be outside, no cars driving around. We could eat at the restaurant with our dog, just needed to sit outside.

The restaurant work can be planned and organized better, one of the evenings the restaurant was understaffed and our diner took over 2 hours. Also, we needed to bring utensil ourselves, many dishes were served without fork&knife, only a plate with food.
