Location was perfect. On site parking. Bus stop to the main sites was just outside the front door - just a 10 minute ride. Room was clean and comfortable. Big powerful shower. The extra blanket and heater was useful as it gets cold in the evenings in February. Javier was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of tips of where to go, best views of the city and explained the statues in the centre. Handy cafeteria in the hotel was great for a quick and cheap breakfast. Also did lunch and dinner - though we didn't have those.

staff friendly and helpful, hotel and room very clean and modern. room had a tv ,fridge, good beds and shower with lots of hot water and towels. Air con in room good and could be set to be quiet through the night. Free car park an added bonus. Good value hotel. Bus into centre of Cartagena (no7) right outside hotel. decent regular service.

soap dispenser in shower was poor, did not work well. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

The hotel was great value for money the room was kept clean & tidy the bed was comfortable the restaurant was not very good it was not in the most desirable location the staff where great fully of local knowledge

The staff was good very busy place Our room was updated but there is On going Renovation 's at Hotel. We eat at Hotel only once. We had to go into the centre.

Handy location with parking available which was perfect. Good size bedroom with comfy bed. Very good value for money. It's basically but perfect for a night's stay and for commuting.

Was just what I needed. You know what you get for the price so I was happy with it.

This was a lovely find, the night receptionist made us feel so welcome and was very helpful. The adjoining room was great for our children to have their own space after a long drive

All the staff were friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Very good breakfast served in the cafeteria. Bus stop outside the hotel made for easy access to the port and historical area.

We understood from Booking.com that we were to have an upgrade to superior twin room but this didn´t happen. The room layout although very modern, for us , would have benefitted from more shelving especially in the bathroom.

All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly but professional. It was very clean. You couldn't hear other guests. Coffee shop within the hotel. We were out all day so for this purpose it's perfect. It's a good clean place to wash and sleep. Beds comfy. We had room 212 and although no view, but that's not we went for anyway, it was a refurbished room. We would stay again.

It was a good walk from the city. However that was in the description so that's just personal taste. However there was a very good and regular bus service right outside the hotel. Every 10/15 minutes a number 7 or 14 bus for 1.20e will take you into the city. If you prefer to take a taxi back at night they are easy to find at the end of the plaza and cost around 6e.

We stayed here due to its proximity to the Perpetuo Socorro Hospital where we had appointments.

Only one beside lamp instead of two. The bed moved forward when sitting up in bed.
