Staff is very friendly. We could check in a bit earlier as our room was already available. We were able to use the microwave in the dining area during the day to heat up some food we bought. Cartagena shopping center is close.

We could hear noise from the corridor and the adjacent rooms from our room. We could not change the language of the programs to English as the TV settings were set to 'locked' by default. We successfully removed the lock with the help of Google otherwise we would have asked the hotel staff for assistance.

Easy parking, close to a large shopping centre with restaurants and cinema. There are also local bars . Fast bus into town every 30 mins from a stop 3 minutes from the hotel. Rooms have a fridge and a safe. Good long work surface in the room and 2 chairs. Quiet Aircon. Breakfast had a good selection and was value for money. Clean and quiet inside the hotel.. very good value for money.

Beds are very hard as is common in Spain.

A brilliant hotel. The place, while a bit out of town, which was no problem as we have a car, which was the reason we chose the hotel- due to the good parking. This is an exceptionally good hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, as was the room, the staff are all wonderful. The bed & pillows were great too, something lacking in many hotels. If I am back in Cartagena, this will be where I stay.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and really friendly staff. Easy to get to off the motorway and lots of free parking on site. Easy walk to the Espacio Mediterraneo shopping centre and bus no 4 takes you into Cartagena every half hour. Bus stop across the street but it is best to ask at reception for location because there is no sign at the stop ! Will definitely return soon to explore more of Cartagena !

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect for us

Outside Cartagena with free parking , it suited us well ,easy drive to the city for the day. Large clean rooms, good bathroom. We had a meal in the restaurant, decoration very basic but lovely staff and good food, great value for money.

It's conveniently accessible for travellers on the highway and offers a comfy, clean room, professional, and friendly staff. While close to the highway, it's quiet in the room. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend and come again.

Our third time staying here this year. We wouldn't go anywhere else in Cartagena. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, efficient heating and aircon. Free parking. Bus no 4 takes you into Cartagena centre, every half hour. Shopping centre within walking distance.

It's in a industrial/business areea but it's a quaiet zone, it's a coffe store very nier open till 00:00 and also 1 mille far away from a big shopping center and arrownd 10 min far away from all places in Cartagena. Very clean inside.
