Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 5 nights as we were in the process of acquiring a house in Portman and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the lovely staff, and Carmen in particular.

The rooms were quite spartan, but the beautiful roof terrace is an excellent place to relax.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room had a very nice smell. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the area. Breakfast was delicious and you can try the local café asiático. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby area for a few hours after checking out.

No fridge in the room but the hotel staff was so friendly to store our food in the fridge in the lobby. The walls of the rooms are thin and we could easily hear the TV next door and people talking. Breakfast can become monotonous after a few days.

Everything. Comfortable bed, great shower, lovely location. Breakfast is simple but very good. Coffee, croissants, tostados, fruit. What more do you need? And all for 36 euros a night (in February) The Italian themed restaurant also does good food at a reasonable price, which is lucky as in February everywhere else in Portmán is closed!

This was our 4th visit (it’s the only place we ever return to!) and on the first three we had a room with a view of the mountains. This time, though the room itself was fine…no view😒This was disappointing.

Unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom in hotel Nothing to do with the hotel- - The remains of the ruins of the mining complexes spoil the first impression It is clear that they are working hard to beautify the place, but it will take a lot of time to remove the remains of the mining past and the destroyed nature (+ for changes for the better)

Everything was really nice. I would definitely stay there again.

There were two things. When I texted the hotel a day before, nobody answered, which resulted in some confusion upon our late arrival. Also, there was one man(member of staff) who was always very grumpy and rude at one point, telling us off for not leaving the room on time, even though we were staying two nights. But apart from that all the other members of staff were extremely nice and helpful, so it didn't spoil our stay.

There is a free public parking just next to the hotel, the staff is very, very polite and friendly, the place is quiet and peaceful, the supermarket is just in front of the hotel, there is an Italian restaurant in the hotel with satisfying breakfast in the morning.

Unfortunately we were there in the middle of May (out of season i guess) and they offered only a few different pizzas. The facility is a little bit outdated but every remark is acceptable and in any case it is not a pain to die for.

First a warm and informative warm welcome from the receptionist. Our room was large and so was the bathroom - the bed was very comfortable and despite our stay being in January the room was pleasantly warm without the use of air con blowing. Excellent breakfast. The roof terrace is beautiful. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We booked for three nights but sadly, because of an emergency, we had to leave after two nights but will certainly stay there again.

The online booking system, having to download an app and type in a code before gaining access - or so l thought, though when we turned up the door was open and there were actual people to check us in which was a pleasant surprise. Also the hotel badly needs an awning over it's westerly facing main door - the reception area was very sunny - and hot, even though the a/c was working full blast. plus, l wasn't keen on reception and dining area occupying the same space - it was slightly unnerving to enter the hotel to find a family eating lunch beside us as we checked in....

I liked terrace and the view very much. But unfortunately we were at the end of November, so it was not so decorated as in the picture though the weather is very good and it was very nice to sit there. It is good to stay for few days. The beach of black sand is about 3 km from the hotel and it is very nice.

There is no even little fridge for drinks to stay cool. There is no hairdryer, it’s very poor in the bathroom, there were no space where to put things and my cosmetics. Everything was on the floor.

Just passing by for one night, the experience couldn’t be any better. The rooms were modern, clean and very spacious. The bathroom included everything one would need in a hotel. And that wasn’t even the best part. The hospitality and friendliness of the people who keep the hotel is unmatched! I also want to do a special shoutout to the receptionist, Carmen, as she was excellent in her job and an extremely friendly person. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel! Thanks for the service!
