The staff are the highlight for sure, from the animators to the general workers we got mostly warmth and a sense of wanting to help, staff feels proud of their work and the hotel is a well oiled and run machine. Overall this is a cool stay for families but ….

This is our fourth stay over a few years. Price keeps getting higher, it’s gotten pretty steep over the last couple years and we’re pretty sure it’s not worth it anymore so this is most likely our last stay. We we keep getting worst rooms, farther away from the bars/pools and this year not even a balcony to hang out. The “all in” package is ok but beverages are mostly from bulk or low cost brands. The food is good but gets repetitive fast. The hotel is well maintained overall but its starting to show it’s age and feeling somewhat outdated in some places.

The pool was fabulous, really huge. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make people comfortable and to ensure they had a good time. The food was very good lots of variety.

I had booked the hotel because it had a football pitch, tennis court and other activities for older teenagers. At the time we went there were no other teenagers to play with so sadly those activities were not up and running. Not a problem with the resort itself just the timings I guess. I am a light sleeper so I found the thin curtains a problem because the street lights were glaring through all night. Subsequent places we have since stayed in have thick, black out curtains. However the beds were really comfy and the rest of my family slept really well.

Amazing staff, good value, very good pools and entertainment programs.

Our room was in front of one of the entertainment stages and there was much noise till midnight which was not ideal with such young children, please place families with young kids away from those areas. Places to place the towels around the pools were not enough with so many guests. But these were minor inconveniences, overall we really enjoyed our stay!

bright spacious and airy the fully inclusive drinks and nibbles were very good there was something for everyone plenty of sun beds and umbrellas

we have had better food in other 4 star fully inclusive hotels. it is advertised as having several restaurants but only one was open even though it was extremely busy on Friday and Saturday the pool bar was only open on Friday and Saturday so all drinks had to fetched from main bar.

Very big resort with hundreds of rooms. Every basically okay.

Room and Patio could be a bit larger for a family of 4. Pool opening hours are from 11AM to 7PM which is far too short. All pool chairs are already occupied with beach towels in the very early morning, although there is nobody physically there using them. Pool staff should remove all towels from people who are not at the pool, in order to make space for people who are actually there and want to use them.

huge hotel. so huge one can get lost (including children) and most of its facilities (restaurants, bars, pools, etc) were closed during our stay. On check in they could give us more information about what is open and what is closed.

Good room, good facilities. Food was ok, not great. we had medical issues during our stay, so did not use the facilities as expected we will go back again.

food was boring. we went in with breakfast and dinner, but had medical issues and didnt really eat every day. Still, there was variety, but mostly all the same. Boring.

The room size is great, the mattress is quite nice too
