My daughter and I LOVED the 3.50 Euro breakfasts in the bar - fab coffee, toast, butter and jam, served with great charm, no matter which member of staff was on duty each morning. Much preferred this light breakfast to the larger type served in the hotel restaurant.

Most unusually, there was absolutely nothing about our apartment and the hotel facilities that we disliked. We've seldom experienced better or friendlier service and willingness to help. On our last day the receptionist even left his post to come to our apartment to carry my heavy suitcase to our car.

The hotel has a nice location near Salinas ( from the room I was able to see the flamingos). The breakfast is abundant with quality food ( especially fresh fruits). The staff is always nice. The room was clean normal size. Available parking nearby.

I wanted to visit the spa but there was no bath robe in the room. I was asked 5 euro for a bath robe which is not normal ( is not a big amount)

A very well located hotel / apartments. A ten minute walk to shops and bars overlooking the Mar Menor. The property was very clean and tidy. Staying in an apartment, we took advantage of trying breakfast on one of the morning. Excellent value at 10 euros. It was a full buffet. The bar area was pleasant and well stocked with alcoholic drinks. A food menu was available.

Nothing that springs to mind. The spa facility was closed due to maintenance, which was unfortunate during our stay.

We stayed in a self catering apartment which was next to the hotel. The apartment was large and fairly well equipped, however, a few more kitchen items like wine glasses and a cheese grater would have been helpful. It was great to have a washing machine and airier in the apartment. There is parking all the way round the hotel so there is no need to park in the hotel and pay to do so.

A mentioned above, a little more kitchen equipment would have been helpful.

We stayed in a 1-bed apartment which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Just a short walk to the mud baths and all the bars/restaurants. The hotel also hires out bikes, which was great fun and they are super value for money. Breakfast was excellent value, masses of choice and food for every taste. A great spread!

staff were very pleasant and helpful, the spa was very good, towels in the bathroom good quality. breakfast food was good bar staff smiling and helpful new year's eve gala was fab had a thoroughly delightful stay

coffee machine at breakfast ; there was only one and there were a lot of people so everyone was queuing; they knew there would be a lot of people staying so should have been better prepared the 'hot' food scrambled eggs, fried eggs were cold

We liked everything about the property all the staff were very polite and helpful. Throughout my second stay here we were totally satisfied which is a good reason to return again in October . We have stayed in the hotel and in an apartment with the family

Hotel could do with having a courtesy room for guests to freshen up or change if they have a late check out rather than using spa facilities.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The Spa facilities were amazing, and the everyone at the hotel was professional and friendly.
