We arrived late at night,the hotel is 12 floors,easy to spot however the entrance and car park entrance could do with better lighting

We received a super deal for the Junior Suite which was very convenient for our family of 5 persons, really good value for the money. The hotel is new, room was spacious and very clean, free water and coffee, convenient underground parking and proximity to the Barajas Airport

I think this hotel fits better for those who are travelling to/from Barajas Airport for 1-2 nights rather than spending more time to explore the Madrid because it is quite far from the downtown

While convenient for the airport, its distance from Madrid’s city center might be a downside for those wanting to explore the city easily.

Huge bed and clean crisp sheets. Large rooms and everything you need. Nice and helpful staff. Very close to the airport - fabulous if you are transiting.

The lifts were slow and inadequate for so many people so it took us about 10 minutes to get down to reception. The breakfast room needs upgrading to be more cosy (felt like a school canteen) and the coffee was awful. It would be nice to have coffee making facilities in the room.

This hotel was on the outskirts of Madrid and near to the airport T4 ..... it suited us because it was close to the motorway for our onward journey to Santander. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, had a huge comfortable bed and had a bath!! The hotel was next to Plaza Norte with cinema, shops and a fabulous Argentinian restaurants nearby. We certainly had nothing to complain about ......

Very convenient location for a stopover, just off the highway and right in front of a large shopping mall. Electring vehicle charging (11 kw) is at no extra cost from parking fee - only two spots though so availability could be an issue. Family room is huge with four beds.

The rooms very pretty big for long stay. The bathrooms were big and comfortable . Beds were perfect size with very comfortable mattress and pillows. The floors were not noisy at all. Friendly staff and good location . Very close to mall and supermarkets.

I just needed and iron and a kettle if was possible . I was there for 3 weeks and a kettle was a must.

My connecting flight was cancelled in Madrid and by the time I got my bag it was 1am. They took a last minute booking and staff were so pleasant when I arrived. They made a VERY stressful evening a whole lot better. If you're stranded near the airport in Madrid, a great shout!

Spacious room with large continental breakfast

We picked this hotel due to its convenience to the airport. Interstate access from there was pretty straightforward so if you have a rental car it would probably be good, but public transportation was lacking. The cab ride was about 26 euros and 15 minutes. Reasonable but not as close/affordable as we had expected

Everything was fantastic, lovely stay, friendly staff, good location, parking available around the hotel for free, restaurants around, shopping mall 3 minutes walk. Clean, spacious and quiet, good air-conditioning. Good breakfast . Safe area
