Location was good - close to the beach, not too crowded part of the street. Train station 10 min. The room was new and light. Food was great! We read a lot of comments, that the food is poor, but we don't agree: great variety for everyone taste - fruits, fish, meat, local dishes, champagne for breakfast I would also thank to chef(didn't know his name), who was often cooking meat and fish for dinner, and omelette for breakfast. Always friendly , unlike his female colleague.

Bed was uncomfortable, and pillowcases were torn. Soundproofing was bad. Dirty plates were often . Recommendation: for dinner was always a great variety of cheese, hamon, one day was smoked salmon - it would be much better if these were for breakfast instead of dinner. For dinner, there were a lot of other options, and for breakfast was only one/two kind of cheese.

Great location...nice little pool bar for drinks and snacks...decent size lounge room that overlooks the main street with drinks and food and entertainment there in the evening. Restaurant was a good size. Breakfast was as you'd expect and evening meal was very good. OK gym open to everyone and a jacuzzi for the "high rollers" 😉

Nothing really apart from one Mr Grumpy barman but maybe he was just having a bad day.

We have a great day staying, and I can say that staying for one night is not enough. Will be back on this hotel. We got a reservation with breakfast included and the food was great, the coffee is great as well.

When I called the receptionist last night, she told me that she cannot do anything about my concern because she is a receptionist, she must have said it in a nice way. I find it rude but anyways that is okay. Everything turns out fine after all.

Lovely rooms , spotlessly clean , excellent staff , lovely pool & bar area . Exceptional quality food . Quiet .

The only thing I could possibly comment on was that some of the food was a little lukewarm but this was not a real problem as the quality was exceptional . It was early season too , so they were just finding their feet .

Second visit as the first was also pleasant. Took my partner with me this time and we enjoyed a lovely San Juan.

Not really a did not like, but the late check out procedure could have been more smoothly. My partner went down three times to check what the possibilities are. Another preferred option would be to have the reception, who was aware of this request the evening before, call if the manager was in to have it settled right away instead of having the guest walk down 3 times. We did manage to get a late check out and overall all is well.

Nice hotel & spacious room, very close to a nice beach.

There were no available loungers at the pool no matter what time you came, so because of that pool area was unusable. Breakfast was ok but not great, lots of options but really edible were fried eggs, pancakes and fruit - cannot ruin these things.

The hotel was in a great location, spotless, and the staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us, the breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable

There wasn't anything we didn't like

warm shallow swimming pool, nice rooms, near centre beside bars and shops, half board was good value if you like grilled pork and chicken.

needs more coffee and juice machines at breakfast. the coffee machine in room was hopeless better idea would be a kettle with coffee saches but in the pool bar they serve nice capachino.the method of payment we were asked to follow was terrible. payment at the property should be the only way.
