Nothing was a problem! This establishment deserves more stars than it has. From dealing with late check-in due to flight diversions etc, personal greetings, guest recognition, security, spaciousness and room condition….all exceeded my expectations with value for money. The breakfast fee is perhaps a little steep for what is offered. I heard none of the noise from my room nor reception area other reviewers moaned about. And I did visit the roof top night club for a drink - but it is for the younger set. The music is only loud up on the rooftop.

There was great circulation space lots of independent lighting in the room full height window great natural light big bathroom including four piece suite very good clothes storage and luggage store bed was firm but ok. Good tog quilt . desk workspace smart TV air-conditioning and heating laminate flooring seated area with small table for reading no USB sockets full height mirror good lighting in bathroom laptop safe Good storage for towels in bathroom . fridge with minibar at cost . Great for own bits. Selection of glasses and bottle opener. downside no kettle in Room - not a deal breaker for me . It’s a very good value for money three star hotel. Presents more like a 4* . Hotel roof has bar can be noisy at night if you are on upper floors if you’re sensitive to noise do not get a room on the fifth floor . didn’t hear on 4th. But also cool to have an in hotel option. Didn’t get the breakfast. generally well kept clean modern spacious hotel would recommend and stay again. plenty of plugs in room . good shampoo hand wash and body lotion sanitary bags no soft close toilet seat (minor ) good soundproofing between rooms. phone in room. overall accommodating room for bed 135 m wide quite small for a double compact more suited to one person than two or two small people simple neutral art and decoration . Frosted glass to bathroom didn’t bother me. Good fast Wi-Fi. Clean modern hotel without the clinical feel . Lives up to its positive reviews and score. Very good customer service Juan was very helpful on checkin/ out. staff very approachable also prioritise lift used for staying customers over customers visiting the rooftop bar which is perfect and customer focused. Perfect location everything in immediate walking distance. Shopping food bars and Main Bus terminal 10 min walk . No10 bus direct from TFS to Santa Cruz (<1hr). Use cash or contactless card onboard approx €10 pp.

Wasn’t much to not like i reviewed many hotels before this and changed from AC opposite before arriving. This had a warmer feel and I was right. No kettle in room a minor thing and just the observation of the roof bar mentioned in general review which was exciting to have but could affect those very sensitive if nearest to it. It didn’t affect me although I thought it might. I didn’t hear a thing in the room. It would not put me off staying again. Which I will do on my return. Strongly recommended this hotel.

Honestly, the hotel exceeded our expectations from all points of view. Exceptional value for money. Nice and helpful personnel. The hotel is located in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, thus you cand easily visit the entire old part of town and you have plenty of clothes stores and restaurants nearby (without being on a noisy street). The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, especially when considering that we are vegetarians and we usually don't find too many options for the kind of breakfast that is provided in 3 stars hotels. We did appreciate the check-out until 12.00. The possibility to park the car in the basement garage of the hotel is a great plus. You will understand how great it is after you will spent 20 minutes to find a parking spot in the public parking in the city center.

Everything was perfect. Nevertheless, there are some details that should be mentioned for drivers. You have to enter with your car in an elevator to get to the basement parking. For unexperienced drivers this might be a traumatizing experience, considering how small the elevator is. Furthermore, I do not think that a car bigger than a Renault Captur or an Audi Q3 can enter into the elevator. Ask the personnel when you make the reservation if your car fits.

The hotel is close to all point of activities, especially transportation to and from south Tenerife.

The room is clean but it smells. I don’t know if the smell is because of the building or from previous customer who occupied the room or the bed and pillows. I tried opening the window to get rid of the smell but it didn’t even to our last night in the hotel. On our first day I asked our pillow be changed but the staff said she will only change the pillow case.

The noise from the roof top outside avoid Friday Saturday nights if you are a light sleeper don’t use the rooms above fourth floor the beds were a bit hard and pillows were uncomfortable the shower was not good the reception and breakfast area could be more brighter and welcoming it just looked drab.no kettle in room they could provide sleepers a bit overpriced- the double bed is very small for couples.

The location is great! I'm close to a lot of places within few steps. The room is small, but comfy. I didn't include breakfast as I like to try local food from local restaurants surrounding the area. There's a small supermarket close to the hotel, which made it convenient for me to buy the necessities.

You have to enter with your car in the elevator to get to the parking. That was a cool experience for me, but the parking space and the way to park your car inside it is way too narrow therefore not convenient, but I managed.

Great location, large room with a very comfortable bed. So I enjoyed my stay,

It’s a little worn, fridge didn’t work, and the shower is above the bath and was just ok. It just needs a little soft refurb as there is no panache at all.

We went for the Carnaval. Location very close to large music stage and centre of town . Easy to get tram or bus to La Laguna and Los Teresitas beach.

Breakfast expensive at €16. Didn’t like opaque panels on bathroom window and door. Very noisy all night due to carnival, but not fault of hotel.

Bed was comfy and room was a good size

Dropped our bags at 1:30pm and paid for the room. I’d also checked in online to save time. However when I returned after 4pm (check in was 3pm) my room still wasn’t ready and was left standing at reception for 15 mins while the reception staff tapped away on the computer.

Room is very clean, modern, beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect, super central. Staff is very kind, breakfast is good but you have to be there early as at the end, there might not be so many options left
