Amazing hotel! You can really tell they care deeply about creating a cosy and warm experience for the guests. We were first helped by staff Lizzy with parking. This m already gave a nice feeling before we checked in. She is thoughtful and very friendly. The location is right in the center of city. But at night it was quiet - a perfect balance. Every corner of the room is carefully designed to provide the most comfort. Here are some examples: We could access the hotel and our room using a password, so we didn’t need to carry a key card (preventing loss). The lighting brightness was just right—it didn’t shine directly into the eyes but was soft and sufficiently bright. The sink depth was perfect for preventing water from splashing onto the counter. The bathroom’s waterproofing was excellent (many hotels only have half a glass panel, causing water to spill everywhere after showering, but here it had a full glass enclosure and a raised waterproof track). There are different pillows so that you can select the one with your favorite height. The bed was also very comfortable. The doors all close softly to reduce noise. Beides, the room is also very artful. All these little touches take your stay to the next level ❤️

I was stunned when I walked into the room as it looked even better than the pictures. Beautiful spacious room, very well sound proofed. Housekeeping did a spotless job as the cleaning was impressive. Comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location is perfect, very close to the tram as we if you wish to go around. A special mention goes to Lizzy as she helped us a lot with information and amenities, she even printed the bus time table for me and my boyfriend before our departure. I highly recommend this hotel as it was perfect and the staff is amazing.

Nothing, it was perfect

Everything was nice and practical: the location (close to the center near lots of cafés and restaurants); the loft was really nice, very well isolated (no noises to disturb you) with a comfortable bed; you have a kitchen nicely equiped and 2 TVs one in the livingroom and the other in the bedroom. The bathroom has everything you may need. The staff is really kind and ready to help and the cleaning is up to point each time.

Nothing really bad but we would have prefered to have a closet and a space next to the miror in the bedroom like a dresser to arrange a our stuff. The safe is better up in the bedroom than in the kitchen (we discovered it on our last day).

Adjoining rooms. Decor is fab . Furniture high quality. Bed firm and hugh quality linen . Rooms spacious and comfortable. Location perfect ..

Would love it if there was a jacuzzi abd steam room.

The apartment is large and roomy. There are a/cs in both the bedroom and the living/kitchen area. The bedroom a/c was not working well when we arrived but, they had it repaired quickly. The shower was large and there was plenty of hot water; bed was King-size and comfortable. The TVs in both bedroom and living area had streaming apps, like Netflix, HBO, preloaded so we were able to watch movies when we wanted to. Location was excellent for Northern Tenerife, 2 blocks up from the plaza de Espana, where there is an underground parking garage. There are lots of restaurants and shops just uphill from the hotel. We had a car but could not connect to the GPS but found a small tech store where we bought a sim card; problem solved. I would definately stay here again, if I return to Tenerife.

There's virtually no parking next to the hotel so it's best to park in the garage and walk (uphill) the 2 blocks to the hotel.

Location very central for carnival. We were expecting the noise from that so it didn't bother us. Out of carnival time this would be excellent for pedestrian holiday makers as everything and everywhere was walkable. We didn't use room service and treated accommodation as if it was an apartment only. Cafes and restaurants all on the doorstep. Accommodation very new and very clean, everything worked as it should. Huge comfortable bed - super king? Large opening windows/doors meant aircon was hardly necessary. easy to catch bus to Playa de las Teresitas from bottom of the road.

We stayed for a week and could have done some proper clothes storage. Only a shelf and a small hanging area. Nespresso pods only supplied for 1 cup each which seems is a bit mean when you're staying for a week.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, exceptional housekeeping. We didn’t try breakfast, there are many cafes near the hotel. Excellent location - there are many restaurants, cafes, transport nearby (there is also parking). The room has a kettle and dishes. Good sound insulation - you can't hear your neighbors. The bed is on the “second floor” - if you have issues with your knees this could be a problem.

This does not apply to the hotel, but trash is collected from the nearby street every night. Which is very good, but noisy.

Room is very clean and comfortable. Small kitchen has everything we need (not for cooking but good enough to have breakfast in the room or heat up the food in the microwave). Super neat and sofa bed was well prepared for our kid. Big window offers a lots of light and curtains to have privacy. In the city center but not in the noisy neighborhood. We enjoy a lot and feels like home.

Everything was good. Remember to reserve parking space, then it’s possible to park in front of the hotel.

I really loved staying in the duplex apartment, it was the perfect getaway for me and my partner. Everything looked really nice and clean and the staff were so warm and helpful with all that we needed

I wish they had an on-site restaurant where we could have breakfast. Looks like the hotel relies on other restaurants to get meals for the guests. Even at that, the selection was really poor. It would be nice for the hotel to have a buffet spread

Booking.com actually sold us a room with a bedroom and separate lounge which we especially wanted and had booked this hotel for that reason. On confirming this with hotel was told only one room and no separate living room. On arrival it was explained that if we'd booked for three would have got another bed. We didn't want another bed merely a suite with two rooms. On checking booking.com they are still offering that suite. The room was fine but disappointed hanging space no good for long clothes. Shower cubicle getting scruffy and was not clean on door runner. No slippers or gown which one might expect in what was supposed to be a luxury room. Cold hard floor and rough mat so take slippers
