Beautiful spacious suite in a gorgeous building. The pool area and the rooftop are beautiful, really well equiped and are perfect spots to wind down and relax. Everything was at and exceeded our expectations.

Although we found parking spots on the nearby streets most of the time, especially after 8 PM, we had to go around looking for a spot, and only once in our 3 night stay we parked in a parking lot for a few hours because we couldn't find a spot at 5 PM

We had an fantastic stay at The Park Suites Santa Cruz. The location right in the heart of the city center, yet quiet and serene. The suite itself was very clean. The attention to detail in the interior design is remarkable; with high-quality furnishings and a modern, elegant style. Despite being so centrally located, there was no noise disturbance, allowing for restful nights. The staff was also extremely welcoming and attentive, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. We highly recomed.

This place is really something else. Wonderfully restored old villa right in the middle of the city in a peaceful residential area. Close to shopping, many nice restaurants and the lovely Parque García Sanabria park is just around the corner. We stayed in suite 5 which is like a small separate cabin right next to the pool. The suite is modern, cosy, spacious, very quiet with a nicely equipped kitchen and a lovely sleeping area on a little loft. Comfortable bed and pillows, great wifi and effective air conditioning. The whole property is very well maintained with a lovely little pool area, a small garden with a seating area plus you have access to a very nice rooftop terrace on top of the main villa. Everything is just spotless and clean. Communication from the host Sonia has been exemplary from the start to the end with perfectly presented information material before your arrival with easy to understand self check-in procedure. We also appreciated how she facilitataded early check-in for us on a short notice. Parking is not available but there are a few parking garages within 5-10 min walking distance like the one at Plaza Weyler. We were lucky upon arrival that Ángeles, their friendly cleaning lady, was on site when we arrived and kindly showed us around. Cannot praise this place enough and look forward to return soon again.

- the shower wasn't great and leaked all over the bathroom floor. - we were woken up by 4 drunken people staying in a different suite at 4.30am singing for about 20 minutes outside our window and then arguing. If staff were there they would have been told to stop but as no staff are present, we just had to put up with it.

This is a beautiful apartment in a quiet street beside the wonderful Parque García Sanabria park. Sonia, our host, was excellent and Ángeles, the cleaning lady, was very friendly. Sonia met us on arrival and kept in touch by WhatsApp. Unexpected gifts at Christmas and New Year were a lovely touch.

We liked everything. Access to the washing machine would be a bonus for longer stays.

Everything. Absolutely exceptional in every way. Sonia and Angela are just fantastic, with a top customer service orientation. The property is finished in a top quality fashion. Location is just spot on, everything is at walking distance in Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz is great with many good restaurants. La Laguna is approx 40 minutes by train and leaves from Weyler which is 10 minutes walk from Park Suites.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The property was perfect - clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and spacious. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The location is in a quiet street, yet still centrally located and near the most beautiful public park of Santa Cruz

We had a minor confusion about the cleaning process of the room, but it was quickly resolved after communicating with the manager through WhatsApp. Once we figured out how things worked, everything was perfect. Overall, it was a small matter and didn't affect our enjoyable stay at the property.

Very comfortable suite with a perfect location near to the city center and to the Parque García Sanabria! Sonia helped us in each situation and had a very short response time. The suite has a little kitchen equipped with toaster, coffee machine, oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher for basic cooking. The Park Suits is located in a safe residential area. In addition the area has an lockable entry gate and additionally entrance to the house and to your private suite. There are also security cameras outside. There is a pool in the backyard and a beautiful roof top. The apartment was perfectly clean, each morning they will clean up the suite if desired (like in a hotel, you can hang out the "please clean" or "releax" sign). We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

Fantastic stylish accomodation in a wonderful part of the city, with a lovely park at the end of the road. The building has recently been renovated to an extraordinarily high standard with beautiful outside spaces .We really enjoyed the pool and having a glass of wine in the garden in the evening. We were a group of 5 and so had the two apartments with sofabeds. Sonia was a wonderful host. Santa Cruz is also a great city - we all really loved it . Highly recommend both the city and these luxury apartments. ( Ps it also has an apartment which has been designed to suit someone in a wheelchair.)

Literally everything was amazing. We greatly enjoyed our stay in The Park Suits. The accommodation was very well maintained, spacious and crystal clean, everything is thought out down to details. The host met us and gave us a tour of the villa. The building has a history! Also swimming pool area is a great place to spend hot summer days. You feel like you are taken care when you stay in this accommodation.

Would be good to have: shampoo (not shower gel & shampoo), as I needed a bit of it during the stay, so I had to buy new bottle and just throw it away after the stay.
