Value: Great value for money, very cheap compared to neighbouring hotels and other hotels across Europe, this was my cheapest hotel in my entire trip to Europe and i was pleasantly surprised, better than more pricier ones I've experienced. Location: very central to everything you can imagine. All the main sights are within walking distance, lots of restaurants also within walking distance. Close to public transport as well. Cleanliness: Very modern and clean rooms, daily cleaning too. We went to breakfast and by the time we were back from breakfast our room was already cleaned. Staff: The staff were very friendly and super helpful with directing us to shops, sights, train stations and bus stops. Breakfast: Breakfast was very good, wide variety of hot meals, fruit, cereals, hot drinks, juices, etc. The bacon and mini chicken sausages were very tasty 👌 Comfort: Bed was very comfortable, amazing pillows which felt like sleeping on a cloud 😅 may have overslept because it was so comfortable 😂 Room facilities: We didn't have a kettle with coffee or tea in our room but we asked reception for a kettle and they happily obliged with providing us with one. The aircon was great especially with the high temperatures we experienced during our stay in Sevilla, was nice to have a cool room to unwind in after being outside in 33-38°C weather.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a transparent green glass which didn't give much privacy when using the shower or toilet, you can see the silhouette of the person as well as hear every sound. For a couple I think it would be okay, but when sharing with friends it's awkward. The shower was nice with 2 different shower heads, however the drainage system isn't the greatest because water went all over the floors and didn't only stay in the shower. It didn't affect my stay at the hotel but i felt bad for the cleaning staff who would have to clean up the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is overall good, we only walked towards our points of interest (train station, Plaza de Espana, city center - mostly around 15-20 minutes). The room is spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, enough storage room, mini fridge available. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast options are sufficient and varied, good omelettes and good coffee. We also attended the New Years Eve dinner, which decent, the food and drinks being just fine.

I didn't really like the bathroom separation, consisting of a semi-translucent green wall panel, which didn't offer enough privacy. I also expected to find slippers in a four star hotel, but this was not the case and the carpet, made out of some sort of synthetic fabric, felt cold and rough.

Nice modern hotel with a touch of modern design. Really nice reception and restaurant area. Room was quite comfortable, albeit somewhat small. Probably some of the best showers i have experienced in any hotel. Location was quite convenient, with all of sevilla on walking distance. The pool and rooftop was nice too, and was great for a little relaxing in the afternoon.

I didn't like that there were no clear instructions for pool towels and once visiting the reception, they asked for a cash deposit that i did not have and couldn't accept a credit card authorization. Ultimately they handed over the towels without deposit, but it was the overall experience that i didn't like. Minibar fridge in the room didn't work either.

I was looking for a modern style hotel and this one was perfect. From the first moment we entered we felt very welcomed. Javier and Santiago (the Italian guy, I hope I remember your name correct, if not I am sorry) at the reception were both very friendly and attentive and always helping us with a big smile. No matter how busy was at the reception they went above and beyond to help us when we needed something. They both had a good vibe every time which I find very important when working with people. Gracias and Grazie for your service! ;) The breakfast was very good, you find everything you need on the buffet, the staff there was also friendly. The pool was nice, we relaxed there in the afternoon after exploring the city. We had a lovely stay overall. I would book it again if I go back to Seville.

Very modern, clean, spacious and super friendly staff. About a 15 min walk from the train station and a 20 min taxi ride to the airport (which costs about €33). This hotel feels like luxury and also very close to Seville’s centre (10 min walk to Las Setas structure, 15 min walk to the Alcázar and the Cathedral. 25 min walk to the Plaza de España). The breakfast is definitely worth as it is of excellent quality and very varied so it prepares you for the day. The hotel has a small roof top pool and solarium so worth taking your swimming costume for summer days for a relaxing time after a day of walking.

I liked everything. Cannot fault at all.

Modern hotel ,clean room, comfortable bed and room temperature. Location within walking distance of city centre. Positive experience. I would consider to stay in same hotel inSeville. Staff are very helpful and polite. Luggage was kept for us securely till check in time and again after check out till time of our flight.

I would have appreciated disposable bed slippers , in other hotels of similar ratings these are supplied.

Very comfortable and spacios room, with plenty of smart storage spaces. The bed was comfortable and we could easily fit a baby cot in the room. The location was good as well, though it's a 15-20 minutes walk to the old city center.

There was a small hickup with the cleaning service, we left the sign on the door for our room to be cleaned when we went out in the morning, but when we got back to the hotel at 2pm, they hadn't passed yet. Since we had to put our little one down for a nap, cleaning later was not possible either. We were told to notify reception if we wanted cleaning to pass earlier. In the end we skipped it since we were leaving soon after... but it was a bit unexpected that cleaning hadn't passed by 2pm on that day.

Beautiful hotel, great location, and lovely staff. I have breakfast and dinner, lots of different types of food, and good taste. loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Very comfy bed and nice pillows. The staff was polite, friendly and always helpful. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent food, I will be back. Gracias!

Easy walk to all attractions. Good sized room with good bed and bathroom. Garage attached. Quiet.

Booked via booking.com at195 euros for two nights. Surprised when bill showed up in credit card that I’d been charged in GBP without having been asked and obviously at a very poor exchange rate. Refunded the difference when queried but shouldn’t happen so leaves slightly bad taste……

Location is good (close to center, walking distances), rooms really clean, room and bed comfortable.

20min waiting time before check-in Staff was friendly but hospitality language is completely lacking (welcome, thank you for staying with us etc.) Pool looks bigger on pictures than in reality. It’s open from 10am to 10pm but when we went up to check it out just after 9pm we were sent away because terrace was closed due to “technical problem” Rooms aren’t completely soundproof.
