The hotel was very clean and pretty. Every staff members were kind and helpful, could speak English. The breakfast was over our expectation, wide variety of food and drinks. Chech-in until 12.00, which is very good. There is a restaurant what belongs to the hotel. It offers normal food and cakes until 23.00. I suggest this hotel to couples who like the elegant hotels and do not mind to commute to the city center.

The walls were very thin, so we had to listen the conversations and music of the neighbours. The hotel is far from the city center, but we knew it, and there are buses which go to the city center quite frequently (the way is approximatelly 30 min.), furthermore the cercanias (suburban train) stop is also close to the hotel.

The hotel personnel were very helpful. The location is situated only around 10 minutes walk away from the train station named Bellavista. Breakfast was very good with an everyday vast selection ranging from English breakfast to different types of bread, cereals, fruit, and sweets. The hotel is situated in the Bellavista area of Seville, whereby within walking distance there are some cafeterias and LIDL. In the same area, there are Jardines de Hercules, which are lovely gardens where one can sit, relax and enjoy the area. Furthermore, there is a supermarket named Mercadona just in front of the hotel.

Not all hotel personnel can communicate in the English Language which has led to some difficulties in understanding each other. The floor of the room was not cleaned every day.

Friendly staff, good breakfast

Quite far from city centre. Abit pricey compared to other options too. Shower head was broken in the room and didn't stay up, not big deal but annoying to have to hold it to shower. Was given a joined room and you can hear everything others are doing and can hear them talking very clearly, even though i dont speak french... need to sort that out with some Insulation, as people tend to come back post midnight and it can get very loud...

The room was ok, clean room and bathroom. The staff is friendly. The pool was clean, and we were only the people who used it. A huge supermarket is just 3 minutes of walking distance from the hotel. Good restaurant and bar in the hotel: the food is delicious and cheap. It is a little far from the centre, so it is suitable only for people with a car (15 minutes to drive).

No place for parking. There are a couple of public lots around but always occupied. The hotel has only 3-4 own parking lots which is not enough. The pool is too small for two or three people to use.

Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast (lot of choice). Location a half hour by bus to the city center but near good tapas restaurants and plenty of parking spaces. Pool is okay for a dip after a long day of walking, but do not expect anything fancy. We stayed two nights and were happy with our choice of hotel.

It was difficult to adjust the airco to the right temperature which woke us up multiple times a night.

This place is beautiful, clean, comfortable. The location is great. The staff is friendly and extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant was great: good food and good service. The location is fenomenal!

The only thing that I was disappointed is that I went at a time when prices were high, but I will go back to this place for sure!

The hotel was excellent value for money. Breakfast was excellent, great selection of food. All the staff were very helpful. The hotel is situated 20mins bus ride from the centre if Seville (bus fare was only 1.20 euro each), 5 mins walk to the bus stop. Parking is secure and underground, but there is some on street parking close to the hotel. Fabulous hotel for the money we paid.

We had a room at the front of the hotel, the road noise was fairly constant if we left the window open - no problem if they were kept closed, (I just like the fresh air, rather than air conditioning).

The hotel is ok, nothing special, not bad. The staff is very friendly, especially Sara who booked a parking for us. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Breakfast was fine, the quality of products (ham) might have been better.

Superior room was worst quality than double bed room, maybe wasn’t renovated. Beds too soft, pain in the back guaranteed. Water in the swimming pool extremely cold.

The room was excellent, the staff were super helpful they answer everything you ask. Really surprised that the breakfast had a huge variety of things from fruit, to sweets, to bread, milk, juices. Great

Didn't get to enjoy the pool, a bit sad for that especially because I went to see my son so the pool would have been good. The last day of my stay things ran out at breakfast by before 9am and the re-stock just never seemed to come. it was just one day and you probably can link it to the influx of people at bad still at the last day, not exactly ideal.

Friendly reception staff and immaculately clean everywhere. The hotel itself was beautiful, the interior was quite grand, the bed was very comfortable with crisp white sheets. The adjoining cafe bar was great. Good food and drinks at very reasonable prices, and the barman in particular was a lovely guy.
