It's a basic breakfast, but just enough to be off on your travels if you've used it as a stop over. The village is a very short distance and can be walked in a few minutes. The only disadvantage is that the restaurants in the village are not open very regularly however the pub serves food and the landlord is very accommodating all the residents are also fine friendly people.

Not much that needs to be better here it's a friendly clean and value for money stop-over hotel. The young ladies who do the reception also speak English which helps if you've got anything complicated to explain. Carpark is also secure because they lock the gates at night so no worries on that count.

Really comfortable and nice hotel. It felt safe and cosy. Supermarket round the corner, fridge provided, kind staff, very clean, and excellent quality for the price. The only very slight issue is that arriving on foot one has to cross a road without a pedestrian crossing (or at least I didn't find one), but it was all right because we are talking only about 15 metres in width and the cars weren't too frequent. I would definitely stay again.

After a long car drive we arrived at this quiet and perfectly located hotel near the Archivo General de Simancas. The staff was nice and helpful with anything we needed and suggestions on what to see. The room was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and with AC. The free parking is a plus. There is also an EV charger nearby. Would return and recommend it!

Everything as expected.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Limited but tasty breakfast, very helpful staff and convenient for a short walk into Simancas, as well as being super easy to access from the motorway.

Simancas is small and has few restaurants and bars, all of which are closed in the late afternoon and early evening, when travellers are likely to want them. Be aware of Spanish hours for eating as tourists are not really catered for. We ate well at Los Infantes, but only after 8.30.

Often stay here en-route for the Algarve as very good position just off the motorway. A well run hotel. Breakfast good value at 4 euros.

Room prices have risen significantly over the last 10 years or so. Although rooms generally very clean the shower areas require a constant attention

The breakfast was nice and simple and very reasonably priced. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to reach and find from the highway late in the day and parking was simple and perfect.

Fridge in all rooms would be better. I booked two rooms but one had a fridge and the other did not. Also the water drainage from the bathroom sink in one room was slow.

Room was comfortable and clean, all necessary facilities available, staff very helpful and efficient, easy parking, very close to old town of Simancas and fantastic restaurants and bars. Ideal place to break a journey and relax.

We found absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location is excellent, right next to the main route down to Portugal with the most delightful small town of Simanca only a few minutes walk away with great restaurants

The only issue is that the beds are really hard ! We have stayed here 3 times and if it wasn’t for the location we would probably stay elsewhere .

Great location immediately off the road. Only a short walk into the town. Very basic breakfast offered but we were aware of this before we booked.

Maybe more offered for breakfast. At present coffee, orange juice and toast only.

Underground parking for my motorcycle was a bonus, the room was large, clean and quiet and the cafe was appreciated as we arrived just before 16.00 when everything in Simancas closed. Breakfast was simple and fresh, good value.
