Good size bed, which was comfortable. Shower room was clean and well sized.

Shower head was clogged and underpowered therefore resulting a disappointing shower. No kettle in room. They had a function in the main restaurant area, which meant it was out for use for us. We were forced to use the cafe, which was disappointing as the choice of evening meal was very limited.

Great location for an overnight stay on a long trip. The receptionist was lovely and very friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean with newly refurbished bathroom .

A little noisy. One could hear everything going on in the hallway as well as the phone ringing at reception and I was staying in the last room of the corridor on the second floor!!

Being long-term users of this hotel we knew exactly what the facilities were - stone's throw from autovia, easy parking, excellent room, check-in and check-out easy; excellent value for money. Staff were polite, helpful and cannot be faulted (except the chef - see below)

The refurbishment has been done well but the water pressure for the shower (at least in our room) was poor; it needed a boost pump. Worse was the restaurant. The menu was restricted in the meat (carnes) area and two more local items were not available. The steaks seemed to be a reasonable alternative but both of ours arrived extremely rare (and I like a bleu steak). Returning one to the barbecue made no difference and the quality of the meat, with lots of sinew, fat and other inedible parts, compounded by knives that were blunt, made the main course a real let-down. Our lack of Spanish made discussion impossible unfortunately but we have never had this issue before. We'll use La Colina again but exercise better selection from the menu!

Easy to find and great for a stopover en route to the ferry in Bilbao. Room was spacious enough and well equipped. Facilities a little dated but clean. Breakfast is good and available early

It is right next to the motorway and leaving the window open at night which is unavoidable in the summer means that it is noisy

Parking can be a problem if large parties are booked in for food,also stretches staff on duty.

Major improvement from last year . Staff helpful , service and value in snack bar super . Food good and varied . Room was as requested , clean and comfortable . Ideal stopover for weary and hungry travellers . Good , secure free parking .

I'd prefer access to a continental breakfast instead of a traditional cafeteria.

You can at times find yourself in the middle of large local parties and get together staff can be really stretched.

Very pleasant staff. Comfortable room, which was very clean. Good choice of food available, at reasonable price. Excellent location so close to the route. Private parking really convenient.

Everything was very good the coffee shop restaurant is delicious nice torreznos de Soria huge ones

The pillow was soft but that is a personal thing I don’t think it matters
