It's a basic breakfast, but just enough to be off on your travels if you've used it as a stop over. The village is a very short distance and can be walked in a few minutes. The only disadvantage is that the restaurants in the village are not open very regularly however the pub serves food and the landlord is very accommodating all the residents are also fine friendly people.

Not much that needs to be better here it's a friendly clean and value for money stop-over hotel. The young ladies who do the reception also speak English which helps if you've got anything complicated to explain. Carpark is also secure because they lock the gates at night so no worries on that count.

Really comfortable and nice hotel. It felt safe and cosy. Supermarket round the corner, fridge provided, kind staff, very clean, and excellent quality for the price. The only very slight issue is that arriving on foot one has to cross a road without a pedestrian crossing (or at least I didn't find one), but it was all right because we are talking only about 15 metres in width and the cars weren't too frequent. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Limited but tasty breakfast, very helpful staff and convenient for a short walk into Simancas, as well as being super easy to access from the motorway.

Simancas is small and has few restaurants and bars, all of which are closed in the late afternoon and early evening, when travellers are likely to want them. Be aware of Spanish hours for eating as tourists are not really catered for. We ate well at Los Infantes, but only after 8.30.

The breakfast was nice and simple and very reasonably priced. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to reach and find from the highway late in the day and parking was simple and perfect.

Fridge in all rooms would be better. I booked two rooms but one had a fridge and the other did not. Also the water drainage from the bathroom sink in one room was slow.

The location is excellent, right next to the main route down to Portugal with the most delightful small town of Simanca only a few minutes walk away with great restaurants

The only issue is that the beds are really hard ! We have stayed here 3 times and if it wasn’t for the location we would probably stay elsewhere .

Helpful receptionist, and secure parking in the hotel grounds. We were able to park under shade, although some parking spots were not shaded.

The town is within easy walking distance, and we settled down in a cafe for a quiet drink, but there were 3 dogs with their owners at the cafe, and they barked every time another dog walked past, which was very often. There are, of course, other cafes.

Clean, well organised, pleasant staff; basic, decent, cheap breakfast; perfect location in relation to the motorway but no noise disturbance; good parking.

No restaurant. Getting to ‘Simancas centre’ involves a short but not very pleasant walk. On Monday almost everything closed.

Good quality hotel. I’m grateful for the person working the front desk who tried to teach me to let me know that there would be nobody there after a certain time. I am a hiker and arrived late around 10:45 pm. In the morning the person who served me a good breakfast was also equally patient and made sure I had everything.

Minor detail. The property is located near a busy road and you need to go under the road through a tunnel to get to it if you coming from the town where the local action is. But it’s worth the walk and nearby nevertheless. The place sits up high and there is no noise factor despite the busy road. It is a calm and tranquil place.

The hotel is well situated next to the motorway for a night stop without wasting time. It's five minutes from a pretty town with a lot of restaurants. The staff was really welcoming and the breakfast--toast, coffee and orange juice--cost 3 Euros. A pretty good price!

Well presented and clean room. Comfortable beds and a good night's sleep. No noise from motorway. Contental breakfast only, at 3 euros, good value. No evening meal. Hotel has secure car parking.l. Easy to find and only 2 minutes from motorway. A convenient stoping place traveling north/south through Spain from ferry.

No much not to like with hotel. Only negative, and not the hotel's fault. Could not find anywhere for a evening meal in the village bars/restaurants as the hotel doesn't do evening meals. Managed to get a few bits from the local supermarket.
