Everything was very nice. Restaurant was a little pricey but the food was very good. Very comfortable room witn good air-conditiong. Nice, clean and spacious. The bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and happy doing their job... for the 1st night.

The bar and restaurant staff were not very helpful and not very welcoming... for the 2nd night. There were a LOT of teenage guests the 2nd night and they were making quite a bit of noise in the restaurant and the lobby and the parking garage.

The room looks clean, smells clean and big, the staff are friendly. The bed is firm and comfortable, ideal for my bad back. Food in the restaurant are good, we had excellent ribeye. Fish with prawns tastes good too. We feel really rested, it's a shame we only stayed 1 night as it was just for a stop over on a long roadtrip, we didn't get the chance to use the spa. We would definitely go back.

Fish with prawns tastes good but didn't even have 1whole small shrimp, not even half a small shrimp. It's just a tiny tiny bit of shrimp. Wished there was a shade/curtain to cover the window glass door in the bathroom,.

The hotel is on the edge of town and in a good location for visiting the main industrial area. I was able to park for free on the street just in front overnight as there are not many other businesses putting demand on spaces. Check in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was no free bottled water in the room, but the minibar was reasonably priced if you need anything. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of variety and quality choices.

Everything. We have stayed there a few times and it’s always great! Great location, great breakfast, very clean, secure parking the staff is super nice and helpful. We will be back for sure!

There really isn’t anything bad to say about it. My only comment is that the beds are soft but very comfortable, although I prefer a firmer mattress, I still had a great night sleep in it.

Very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Good facilities pool, garage, bar/ lounge area, breakfast room serving a wide range of foods.

It was a bit out of the main area, however there was a good bus service close by. Nice dining room but evening meals only served at weekends.

An absolute gem of a find. Immaculately clean, good food, good drinks, good service and most importantly the most incredible staff. This made the trip perfect for our needs!! Couldn’t do enough to help, so hardworking and friendly. Hope to return one day

From the staff to the facilities, there's nothing negative to say. Super friendly and excellent comfort. An excellent point was that there were several options for plant-based drinks, a choice of lactose-free milk and normal milk.

Maybe the fact that the gym isn't open from Monday to Sunday. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about

This is a lovely modern property and very well kept. The rooms are a very good size and really comfortable beds. There is also a lovely swimming pool with a nice little garden area outside. Underground parking which makes it perfect as well. Will definitely stay here again.

We regularly stay at this hotel. For some unknown reason the rate for the night was more than double the usual rate. Even the hotel couldn’t explain why. I do not know who sets the rate but it seems to be back to normal now…..

Almost everything. A very convenient, modern area of the city with regular bus service, clean streets and good restaurant and shopping nearby. Couldn't seriously fault the hotel or helpful staff.

It would have been useful to have an iron and ironing board, and the bed was a little firm for me.
