Room spacious and comfy. Fridge with complimentary water a nice bonus. Comfy double bed. on suite bathroom spacious with great shower. Central location but quite. Luggage storage came in handy
Check in took way to long, one member of staff to check in when there is a big que is unacceptable. After 40 minutes to check in we got to our room via two lifts (strange but the only way to access certain rooms) to find the key card for the room hadn't been activated! Bad start.

Hotel was clean and staff efficient and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the shower, although slightly faulty, was very hot. Parking right outside hotel to check in and offload luggage. Over night car park easy to find after check in and access direct to lobby. Small bar ideal for nightcap!! 10 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor.
Nothing to dislike!

Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the receptionists rode with us in our car from the front door by a circuitous route to the garage entrance which was in another location. The room was comfortable. The location is excellent in the center of the city.
The hotel's restaurant was closed and eateries were few and far in between in the neighborhood.

The hotel located at prime location near to railway station. More spacious room and comfortable beds they provided. I was surprised about the baby bed they provided based on my booking details which makes me more comfortable stay in this hotel. Break fast is good. From this hotel main tourist attractions are nearby and can be reached by walk. Overall excellent hotel and excellent service provided by their staff. At front office the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was OK, room was big enough and clean, personnel was proffesional and helpful. Location of the hotel is very good, close to the train station, Campo Grande park, some restaurants and shops. Hotel style is not modern, but not outdated either.
there are only two lifts, relatively slow. It takes some time to catch the lift.

First of all, the hotel's location is just perfect! Very near the train station as well as the city centre. The big park is also right next to it, which made the visit so easy. Apart from the location, the room was very clean with all the amenities available and the beds were so comfortable!
The wheelchair accessibility ramp is not the easiest to handle, as we needed our friend to hold the door open in order to get up the ramp and in the hotel. Basically, there is no room for the wheelchair to wait next to the door once it goes up the ramp, so it is very difficult to go up, ring the bell and wait for someone to open the door for you while being inclined. It could have been thought a bit better, especially for cases of people who travel alone or need help with the wheelchair. I'm sure the hotel did everything they could with what they had to adapt the access, I just wanted to point that out.

The hotel was conveniently positioned and an easy walk to the main centre.
We had a problem on arrival as the roads in the vicinity were closed by the police and we were unable get close to the hotel. We were unable to reserve parking as it depended on availability and no information was provided regarding where we could park close by. We had to leave the car in a closed street and walk to the hotel to ask for help. The reception staff were able to help and found us a space in their secure parking.

Mostly, we were very happy with the facilities, the efforts by the Spanish staff to accommodate their English speaking guests.
Only the appalling over-cooked bacon and eggs put the smallest of blots. The cereal choice was very limited. So many alternative choices more or less made up for those slight disappointments. The preparation for some event in the dining areas on the first floor early in the morning made a lot of unwelcome noise.

Convenient location. Close to the train station, parks, and within walking distance to major historical attractions and shopping. Good amenities and necessities provided.
The walls are pretty thin and you can hear conversations from adjoining rooms.
