This was a nice room. Clean, comfortable. It said shared bathroom but there was actually a shower and sink in my particular room. The toilet was down the hall.

Limited check-in hours. 3 to 6 PM, or 3 to 7 PM, depending on what they decide. The Booking.com listing says until 7 PM, but they sent me a message after I booked it telling me I had to be there by six. I sent them a message back complaining about this, and they said they would be there until seven. They say that they’ll make arrangements if you can’t be there in time.

In front of the hospital where my father was being administered to after an open heart surgery that ended wrong. Unfortunately i could not enjoy the beautiful scenery of Valladolid city. But for sure a very good place to stay for a couple of nights.

The wifi connection was not very good, if this could be mended that would be a very good improvement of the facility for international students or visitors like myself. I had to go and stand in the hall to get a better connection.

Very helpful staff member, even carried my bike into the elevator. No problem with stalling it in my room either.

Location is good, very close to the old centre. 5th/6th floor not ideal, especially since you have to carry all your stuff up one collection of stairs to reach the elevator

The staff is super friendly and very supportive. The room is clean. Its location is near the center of Valladolid. In summary it has good value for money.

The property/furniture is old (I guess the hotel has been running since 2000s) but it is not necessary a bad thing.

The location was perfect . The hostal staff was super-friendly and made me feel welcome .

We were very well received. The place is very clean, perfect for a stopover.

Whilst not central, it was only a 10 minutes walk and enough groceries, bars, cafes and restaurants in close proximity. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy and okay for an overnight or couple of days. Probably as I had expected for the price.

A little impersonal environment - I did not meet any other guests during my stay.

There was an internal lift.

The Hostal is hard to find - it's on the fifth floor of a rather tired multi purpose building with inadequate signage out front (another Hostel in the same building had MUCH more prominent signage making me wonder if I had the wrong name, address, whatever.....). As arranged prior, I arrived at 2.45pm but the Room still wasn't ready. The room itself was on the small side (eg. nowhere to leave a Suitcase open) and the walls were quite thin (every time someone in the next room had a shower it sounded like my room was flooding!). It also felt like the Front Desk was never manned. Finally there was no breakfast option, although to be fair this is quite common with Spanish Hotels.

The location is excellent, with proximity to both the university and the city center, as well as easy access to transportation.

The place is not very clean, and the towels have an unpleasant odor. I specifically chose this place because it advertised air conditioning. However, when I asked for the remote control, the staff informed me that they had removed the controls because summer was over, even though the daytime temperatures were still around 30+ degrees.
