I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The space is impeccably clean, and the staff are not only helpful but also incredibly open-minded, making the atmosphere feel welcoming. As someone who appreciates vintage-style homes, I was especially impressed by the beautiful vibe and thoughtful decoration, which added a charming and nostalgic touch to the entire place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys a unique and aesthetically pleasing environment!

Mentxu was super friendly and was very attentive. She showed us around when we got there so we knew where everything was and what we could use. The kitchen was very nice and updated, and we used it quite a few times during our stay to keep food in the refrigerator and to heat up food in the microwave. The bigger bathroom was very nicely updated as well. Our room didn't have a window, but we had a nice fan which helped keep us comfortable at night while sleeping.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, and there wasn't a way to set the sprayer in a bracket or anything, so it took a little while to shower. However, this was a relatively minor issue. Also, the place is on the fourth floor, which means a lot of stairs, but we knew this before booking and it really isn't anything that can be easily changed. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and especially with the host, who was so friendly and helpful!

Property is beautiful and most interesting interior design with great atmosphere, also extremely clean place. The woman who been waiting for me on my arrival and who takes care of this place is the most beautiful person I ever meet :) Extremely friendly, funny and she have a lot of respect and patience :)

A wonderfully quirky B&B with a mix of room to sort everyone and good facilities. It had the feeling of living in a shared apartment. The host was lovely. Breakfast was very welcome.

There are a few stairs to negotiate to get up to the apartments and the entrance is not immediately obvious, although Google takes you to exactly to right point. Still it’s worth the stairs.

Clean and comfortable. It is a hostel so in a shared room but I had no concerns about safety or security. Both hostess and other guests were very friendly. Booking.com had messed up my booking and had not confirmed my reservation to the hostess. However she went out of her way to arrange a bed for me. Very centrally located just off Plaza Mayor and close to all attractions

On a busy street with bars so could be noisy at night

Wonderful memory phone bed and clean apartment. Lovely greeting when we arrived.

The window in between bedroom allows light from other room. At 2am the other renter turned on the light until 4am. The window needs a blackout curtain

Great bathrooms and great location

Because of its cereal location and it's an older building the people on the street at night can get kind of loud

the balcony room was very small, didn’t have enough room to sit down; didn’t expect that, but then we realised that all buildings in old town center have that kind of small balconies

I really liked the host. She was very upbeat and friendly!

The room gets stuffy when it’s fully packed. So it gets a little hot. Also I would recommend a more private room for those who are light sleepers. Or maybe bring some ear muffs and an eye mask

Lovely authentic house nearly 200 years old. A very comfortable stay, nice staff and great value for money.
