This centrally located hotel is a perfect base from which to explore Valladolid. All the main sites are within easy walking distance. The reception staff are super friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had a great bathroom with very hot water. This is important as the city has cold nights for much of the year. Nearby are various reasonably priced, charming cafés for breakfast, lunch, drinks, etc.: ask or explore. It's fun. The cental location makes it easy for you to take a siesta before going out again to enjoy your evening. Warning: if you're a light sleeper (which I'm not!), weekend nights can be noisy, so get out there and join in. That said, my room was quiet. I'd definitely recommend visiting Valledolid and staying at Hotel Paris if you're on a budget.

I give it a firm "10", as the hostal totally fulfilled my expectations, but my review is going to be as honest as possible. 1) The location is perfectly centric with all it usually implies. The hotel is part of a beautiful building, very easy to find. All the famous places of interest are within the walking distance of five minutes or less. 20 minutes on foot from the bus station, passing through the beautiful park of Campo Grande (with peacocks and ponds). Unfortunately, the centric location means there is inevitable noise from tourists and locals passing by in the street, talking and laughing very loudly until late at night. When a group of them stopped to discuss something right under the window of my room, it was unbearable. 2) The personnel is nice and polite. At check-in, I was greeted in a friendly manner and given the paper with the code to the door, so as I could come and go at will if I should wish to go out at nighttime. 3) The hostal disposes of a lift, which should be important for people with reduced mobility. 4) There is no breakfast served, no kettle in the room, but you can eat out, in one of the many nearby cafés and restaurants. 5) Now I booked an individual room (104) and maybe the other rooms are better, but the noise from the corridor was noticeable and added to that from the street. After 1 am it seemed to be quieter. 6) The room corresponded perfectly to the pictures at Booking, it was nice and clean. There is a small table. The Internet is good. But what I really loved was the bathroom, and this is actually what makes me give the hostal a grateful 10: for a big bathtub, hot water and all kinds of necessary things, including a dental kit, a comb, a shower cap and a little yellow bath sponge. Lovely! ♥ 7) All in all, for a one-night stay it is very convenient and a quite good value for money.

A very well appointed and great location accommodation with particularly helpful Kevin on my arrival which I really appreciated. I love the location near the central Plaza however for some it might be noisy at night so prepare with earplugs if needed. The lift is very helpful for luggage And all the amenities were clean comfortable and efficient reception staff

Life person at the reception for efficient check-in with good explanation of access code, etc. Nice compact room that had "everything", even a small fridge, and a luggage rack (that is usually missing in other hotels). Also very good AC, even though it was not necessary to use it very much.

Location! It’s right on the city center of Valladolid. Rooms were spacious, bed were very comfortable, cozy and they provided toiletries for complementary use. Location is central, nearby there are plenty restaurants and cafeterias.

The downside of being so central is that it’s noisy on the weekends, despite having double windows, which already isolates big part of the outside noise, it’s still perceptible. But as I said, it comes as a downside of being so centrally located.

Centrally located, near Plaza Mayor, you could easily walk to the attractions in this lively and beautiful city. The room was spacious, the fridge convenient and the bed comfortable.

The only thing against a "10" is that the lift is under repair (but that should be fixed soon).

The location is amazing, as central as possible. The room was really spacious and even though I was on the first floor I couldn't hear any noise from outside (most of the times I stay in the center of a city this is a problem). The receptionists and the cleaning lady are really nice and polite. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, comb are included in the bathroom and I haven't seen this before in a 2stars hotel. There is also a fridge, a hair dryer, a desk and a closet in the room...I really don't understand how this hotel has only two stars and not more. They gave me room 108 and I would ask the same one next time.

Just the decoration which is old and it seems like a trip back to the '90s.

The location was absolutely perfect, a stone throw away from Plaza Mayor. Hotel has been recently refurbished. Room was big enough for my needs with a huge bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Because of the location it could get a bit noisy at night. Nothing to prevent me from sleeping though. The aircon was blowing directly in my face when I was sleeping, which isn't exactly how I like it.

A few metres away from main square. Very friendly staff and room beautifully decorated. Little products in bathroom and a fridge in room.

It can get quite noisy on a Saturday night. Also bins are collected beside hotel so that woke us up too. Big emergency sign in entrance of room shines a very bright light and can t be blocked.

Everything. Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Bath in the room with complimentary extras like shaving kit, sponges, dental kits etc. Excellent bike storage for a city hotel. Bikes securely stored on a roof terrace accessed via a lift. Small lift takes one bike only and has to be wheeled in upright on back wheel. Good value and good breakfast place next door.
