Great location next to the highway, close to gas station and cafeteria. Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bathroom with floor heating. Friendly staff.

Hotel itself is modern bright and spacious, with good sized bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bar/cafe area. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Stayed en route to Santander ferry, about 2.5 hours drive. Would stay here again when making the trip again.

Breakfast was not much more than adequate in terms of choice and selection on offer. The limited selection of breads, pastries and meats/cheeses were themselves quite good, just not a great choice. Dinner in the restaurant was only average too, not the best, but far from the worst. Basically, the food experience was just a bit underwhelming, but it would not put me off staying again.

I was travelling from Portugal to France and wanted somewhere clean and decent not too far off my route. The hotel was reasonably priced and looked nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the shower was good. You could also add breakfast for €9 per person. The staff were all lovely and spoke good English. The guy on the front desk at night, the lady on the front desk in the morning and the lady at breakfast were all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your standard continental fare. I enjoyed some Serrano? Parma? Ham with some melon, croissants, pain au choc, juice and coffee

So I turned the shower on and got drenched because the cleaners had left it on the wand but pointed directly at you. I managed to take it in the face and flood the bathroom. Also the coffee machine kept breaking. Not good when you need coffee in the morning! Luckily there was only me and a couple of couples otherwise it could have been a major problem.

- Large room with comfortable beds, balcony and huge bathroom. - Everything was very clean. - We loved the beautifully designed reception area. - The huge Olympic sized pool was fabulous. - The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, and were kind enough to offer us a late check out so we could enjoy the swimming pool in the morning. - The property is pet-friendly, and although we didn't bring a pet, we enjoyed seeing other guests' dogs. - Parking was free and very convenient on the road outside the Reception area. - The hotel offers a conveniently located restaurant and bar/cafeteria with a nice outside terrace. - The hotel is located in a nice, wooded area which offers lots of shade in the hot summer months.

- A mini-fridge in the room would have been nice. - The rooms were a little dark. - The swimming pool opening hours were a little restrictive: the pool did not open until 11am, and checkout was at 12pm. We were fortunate that the helpful reception staff offered us a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool. However, it would be really nice if the pool were open earlier so that guests could more easily enjoy a swim before checkout. - The cafeteria appeared to be very understaffed. Staff were rushing around looking stressed, and they didn't seem to have enough time to clear and wash down the tables outside on the terrace area. On a couple of occasions we wanted to eat on the terrace, and had to clear a table and wipe it down ourselves.

Altogether an excellent stay. Room very well-appointed, lovely setting and easy to find near the main road, but quiet. Staff very helpful, with good English spoken. Clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast.

Only minor issues: 1. There are multiple sets of short flights of stairs. There are stair lifts and the hotel has done all that it can to accommodate. Staff were very helpful with taking cases to our room. 2. The evening meal was in the very good restaurant but we would have preferred some vegetables to go with the excellent duck confit. Drinks were very reasonably-priced. 3. A little explanation is required as the booking was for "Bed, breakfast and evening meal" yet we had to pay extra for the puddings at dinner ? 4. No English-language TV channels, not even news.

Breakfast very good. Fresh fruit and Scrambled eggs. Location suited fine was perfect on route to Portugal after getting off the ferry at Santander. Wish I’d booked another night. Great for dogs, lovely little woodland area around the property. Staff helpful and friendly and good with understanding considering I speak little Spanish. Would definitely stay here again it is a lovely hotel and is very clean. Room was modern and fresh. The grounds are maintained to a high standard. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows. What more can I say! Dinner was really tasty, paid for dinner when booked (half board option) glad we did. There was plenty of choice and included a wine and water and coffee! Fantastic hotel can’t wait to return again one day. Thank you for a lovely stay

Absolute nothing!

Location fantastic, just a stones throw from main road A67. Excellent range of drinks in cafe / bar area and had Larios gin and Schweppes tonic. A big plus mark in my book.! There is a large forested area around the hotel so very easy to have a little relaxing walk. Room was large and comfortable. Very good Wi Fi. Television good. Bathroom large, very clean and good water pressure. Check out is midday. Very civilised. The most remarkable thing was the food in the restaurant in the evening. The dishes were simple but the quality of the meat and fish was first class and the chef cooked both items exactly to our liking. Excellent, We also saw that some musicians were setting up for a performance on Sunday so very good to hear that they are trying to expand the services. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool which would make this very attractive to families. I saw many people with dogs on the premises but none were a problem. They were all calm and well behaved. We have visited Tordesillas many times in the past staying in the Parador and two other hotels in the town but I think this new venture beats the others by a mile.

Starters in the restaurant was really only mixed salad for two. We would have liked an opportunity to have a choice of a different salad or vegetable dish before embarking upon our protein extravaganza.

Have stayed here several times en route to Portugal. Rooms are always very clean and beds very comfortable. They have some pet friendly rooms with balconies. The breakfast is consistently good, mostly a continental breakfast but there is a warm food option too. We booked the half board option but felt the evening menu was very limited and not of the same standard . The staff seemed very overworked and it took a while to be served, however, they were pleasant and polite.

Lovely clean, functional rooms and very comfortable bed. Perfect for an overnight stop when travelling to or from Portugal. This time the food served during the evening was much improved and very good value for money.. Breakfast has been consistently good and always includes fresh fruit. The reception staff and restaurant staff serving during the evening were excellent - very polite and efficient.Thank-you !

The reception staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel was warm, clean, spacious and decorated to a high standard. The bed and pillows were amazing and the room was nice and warm 🙂

The drain smell coming from the bathroom wasn't very nice. We would have liked a kettle in our room. Breakfast could have been better but filled a gap before a long journey.
