Comfortable room, very comfortable beds, good sized bathroom. Generous sized bath and good shower. Food and drinks in bar and restaurant of very good quality with a nicely judged selection available. Cooking of a high standard and breakfast very varied and high quality. Outstanding feature the friendliness and help given by staff. All were prepared to make an extra effort to provide additional advice, difficult to acquire information and show great patience. A special mention for Lucia and her colleagues in the restaurant who were charming, patient and always helpful with guidance on choices.

We love the historical character (a former abbey) of Palacio Sta Ana plus the facilities and the wealth of space and layout of the rooms and suites. The breakfast choice is plentiful and (in Moorish tradition) 'rich' in calories. and fruits The hotel is well situated, close to the highway Burgos-Portugal but the city center is NOT within walking distance

I have no negative remarks about the Palacio except once. At breakfast we ordered salmon with avocado. It wasoverripe, which partly spoiled the pleasure of breakfast

The hotel, is very clean and well appointed. Our room was nice with a view of the garden and river, and it had everything we need. The food was excellent and the choice at breakfast was good. The staff were nice and friendly as well as being super efficient.

The hotel is some way out of the city centre , so you will need a taxi or drive your car if you want to visit town.

Room size is very good and bathroom quite large also. Bedding was excellent and all areas were spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Parking is secure with elevators to room floors. Breakfast was superb with selection for all tastes. Dinner choice was a bit “modernist” for our taste but perfectly presented and edible.

Beautiful inside patio can get noisy with large convention gatherings. Glass doors on bathrooms (what's that silly fashion in hotels anyway ?).

The facilities are beautiful, it’s an old monastery that has been turned into a beautiful hotel. The building is absolutely spectacular. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is fantastic! They gave us so much information about the surrounding towns and places we should visit. Just phenomenal!

The address « Camino de la flecha, Valladolid « is not sufficient for a client arriving by car. First we discovered that it is not in the city center but in Encomienda suburb. After one hour trying to find our away, I called the reception who advised to go to Plaza Santa Ana. We went to such a place in the city center but found no hôtel Marriott. Finally we asked a taxi to lead us. I strongly suggest to provide your clients with better information.

Excellent hotel for the price! Very kind and good service from the staff, restaurant and other activities open until very late. If you want an escape from the city accesible within less than 20mins from the plaza mayor here is the place to go!

Room was ok but considering its supposed to be a 5 star it wasn't what we expected.. décor needs to be updated as it seemed weary and outdated with wallpaper starting to peel in places and marks on the walls.. we had a 2 night stay but didn't have breakfast as it was an optional extra.. not paying those prices when my partner only has a bowl of cereals for breakfast. Staff always willing to help.

As above rooms require an update and breakfast in my opinion should be included.. we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night where venues had been held at the Hotel and the car park was a disgrace in the mornings with broken glasses and beer bottles discarded everywhere.
