Great location short walk to an amazing park !!! You need to see this its beautiful lots of shops and cafes nearby which offer great food resonably priced, we felt relaxed here after a 6 hour drive. The rooms are spotless and spacious (we stayed in a superior room) bed was extreamly comfortable big enough for 3 !! We would deff stay again !!!

The only bug bear for me was no kettle and coffee and tea in the room. There was a fridge with water, coke and some nuts in which if used you pay for at reception, but personally I enjoy a cuppa in my room in the evening, thats the only gripe I have !!

Good location, close to the Campo Grande park, bus station and train station. Clean premises. Handy parking providing your car is either small or medium sized. Above all, really kind and helpful staff.

I can't say anything about the quality of breakfast. We didn't order it because we thought it was a bit expensive.

-The staff was very nice, professional and super helpful. -The room was clean and very spacious. -The location is perfect, 10min walking from the center, 5min from the train station, 2-3min to the bus station. Also, there is a cinema just next to the hotel (which was great because we came during the Film Festival). -they have a nice little cafeteria

*The room was too cold *The place is a bit old, and some little details (ex. the main revolving door you need to push to enter) should be renovated/updated *In general, considering the price and the fact it's a 3-stars hotel and the price we would expect more (for ex. there was no kettle, coffee, tea in the room, which nowadays is a standard, even in double rooms in hostels). The hotel itself was good, and its staff was great, it's just that it was a bit expensive for what it was.

Your policy on charging for a garage space. I reserved a parking space at €11. My friend and I had booked 2 rooms and one parking space is sufficient for 2 motos. You insisted on charging us €11 each which was €22 for one parking space A car is only charged €11 for the same space and I think it is a disgrace to charge double simply because there were 2 motos which only take the same space as one car. It would prevent me from returning because I felt I was being treated very unfairly

Perfect location, food exceptional, staff were professional and very accommodating, I only have one thing that would have made MY comfort score a 10, the bed for me was a little too firm..but my husband loved it and found it the best sleep he has had at a hotel, no noise from anywhere and a gorgeous view from our terrace.

I loved absolutely everything. From the receptionist to the bar. I felt noticed and well taken care of. Really recommend the hotel. Hope to come back!

The only thing I would change would be the breakfast - every day was exactly the same. And more veggies please :)

Cute decor, loved the colors and the reception area well done for a small space! Very comfy bed. WONDERFUL staff. Excellent dinner recommendation. Happy to have a tub.

My view was terrible - the junky back of neighboring buildings. The tub was nice to have but it was small.

Very clean room with good sound proofing, helpfull staff even in other languages, excelent food quality at the resturant and good laundry service.

Bar is only for people who can speek spanish, and it can get quite loud.

Very kid friendly, room i had was nice and big value for money. The bar was very cheap I was well surprised.

Hallways to lifts was very poorly lit up and could do with better lighting.
