Comfortable hotel in the centre of town, with paid parking opposite the hotel. Helpful reception staff. Comfy bed, good wifi and good shower. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions, especially the Plaza Mayor, which is best seen at night when it is beautifully lit.

The hotel is in a pedestrianised area and we only managed to reach it at the second attempt, although, to be fair, the hotel had provided us with a map and detailed directions. The breakfast menu was quite limited compared to the large buffet breakfasts we had become used to, but was adequate, and our waitress was very pleasant.

Great central location

The location was excellent for sightseeing, and only a 20 minute walk from the train and bus stations through the lovely city park complete with peacocks, exotic water fowl and red squirrels! There is a popular churreria just around the corner open from 5.30pm and the expensive but excellent El Bar restaurant across the street. The breakfast is continental ie small, but the orange juice is very good and sometimes the food offer includes tortilla. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just on the edge of the shopping district, so relatively quiet, but convenient for everything you might want to do.

It would have been nice to have a tea/coffee maker in the room, but there was a good cafe round another corner which served proper leaf tea.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Mozart. The location in the centre of town is excellent and it was good to be able to see the sights of Valladolid and visit bars/restaurants within a short walking distance. Without exception, all members of staff were really friendly from the gentlemen on reception to the lady who served breakfast. My room was spacious, clean and quiet, which helped to ensure a relaxing stay.

I enjoyed the breakfast in the coffee shop downstairs, though as a coffee aficionado I needed to buy extra as only one cup was included in with the deal. However, this provided an opportunity to practise my Spanish.

Continental breakfast; not too big but fresh orange juice was delicious. Enough for me. Beautiful building. Very calm place. You don't hear noises from the street (I had windows on the yard). Even if there were concerts on Plaza Mayor I almost did not hear anything. My friends staying in another hotel close to Plaza couldn't sleep at all.

Communication in English was a little difficult but I was able to understand everything I needed to know.

The room was spacious and very clean with a nice view. The bed was big and comfortable, we slept well in it. The location was absolutely great and near everything. Most of the staff were helpful and nice. Nothing wrong with the hotel!

The breakfast is served in the cafe at the hotel, and it's Spanish type. It includes a coffee, orange juice and your choice of an item (for example tostada, omelette, croissant, yogurt). It's alright, but not very filling and got boring in a longer stay. I would much prefer even a small breakfast buffet and a chance to have a second cup of coffee.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the waitresses. The rooms are simple but clean. There is a fridge too. Location in the city centre close to everything.

The main problem with the hotel is the lack of soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything in the room: from the street, from the hallway, and from the floor above. It was impossible to sleep at night. The breakfast is just a basic facility, not a real breakfast.

Pleasant staff, comfortable room and bed. very reasonably priced breakfast available in the cafeteria. Great central location with great shops, restaurants, and bars close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Did not get a response to a message we sent regarding parking but found parking easily close by at the Plaza España underground car park which was just over €20 for overnight parking.

The location is super. Staff were very helpful in directing us by phone.

Follow Sat Nav - it tells you to turn left down what appears to be no entry / restricted access. As a tourist staying there you can go down the street and follow signs to the hotel. Th see parking in January 2024 was €9.90. The included breakfast is limited- 1 pastry or toast or one piece of fruit (an apple or kiwi for me) or a yogurt- the OR means one choice - plus fruit juice and a coffee. Sufficient if meagre.

Great location, very clean and comfortable

The staff don't speak English. The walls are very thin. I could hear every noise.
