This was our 2nd stay at this hotel on a motorcycle trip to Murcia. It was really handy just off the motorway and it had secure parking, albeit for €15. Well worth it for piece of mind. Check in was good and receptionist pleasant. Restaurant is attached to hotel and closes 4pm and reopens at 8pm.All areas very clean. 2 free bottles of water and toiletries in room. Absolutely fab shower. Very modern light swtchesBreakfast was €15 each. They do have an English menu but you need to ask for it. A lot of locals seem to use restaurant. There is a Lidl nearby if you're stuck.

The area is quite industrial and there doesn't seem much of interest about the hotel. The 2nd time we stayed the restaurant staff were not very pleasant.

The hotel 🏨 is beautiful, comfortable and very clean . We upgraded and room was fabulous . On arrival a lovely member of staff on reception, very friendly. Asked to pay for underground garage, she said it was included.

On checkout , different receptionist, not very friendly. Had her on last stay , very cold and unwelcoming, totally unlike most of the others . Said we had garage included. Said no , and denied we would have been told this . Paid as it wasn’t about the money , but the attitude . Such a gorgeous hotel ruined by an odd few. Restaurant very disorganized, very nice staff . Such a pity as we would use this 4 times a yr .

Handy 'overnighter' on the way from Andalucia to north coast ferry ports. Modern and stylish with a 'gastro-pub' open to locals that serves imaginative food. Car park convenient and secure. Staff very welcoming. A keeper for us, given we use this route regularly.

no real issues-just a useful tip. Our Sat nav did not like the address. There is a principal road from the auto-route through the town divided by roundabouts. Eventually one will see the hotel on the left-given you have come from the south-go the next roundabout, taking the access road before you find yourself going back the way you have come.

As others have said, the hotel is spectacular! Carefully curated art and sculpture wherever you look. Comfortable beds, the quietest air con system I've ever come across, and an incredible shower. The pool and gym are brilliant (although you have to pay extra to use them). Hotel also offers secure parking at additional cost, but there are plenty of places to park right outside for free.

However the location is terrible, which is not a problem if you don't leave the luxury of the hotel.

Hotel is lovely. Really well presented, and the rooms are large and comfortable with views overlooking a courtyard. The hotel has alot of facilities although these all come at extra cost (parking, swimming pool, spa etc).

The area is not very nice but that is fine if you stay in the hotel. The bar and restaurant are not open all of the time and we felt that the staff could have been a bit more attentive although the reception staff were lovely.

Is in a very convenient location when travelling between Santander and the South-East, but the town itself is drab and uninteresting. The hotel is modern and stylish, our room was clean and cosy. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Choice of food in the gastrobar was quite limited, but our meals were enjoyable, although there is no service between 5pm and 8:30pm. The garage offers secure parking, but at an extra cost. There is a pool, but we didn't use it.

The weather was poor and very cold, and some areas of the hotel were not heated. Breakfast was no more than adequate, lacking fresh fruits etc. and seemed somewhat chaotic.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, the food of exceptional quality. Arrangements for breakfast were initially a bit confusing. The meal was from a small selection, prepared for us upon ordering. It was a large serving, deliciously fresh and tasty.

It is a larger hotel than we expected, and our room was a long way from the reception and restaurant area (even though it seemed to us that the hotel was not nearly full).

In the heart of Spain surrounded by big landscapes a very nice hotel. Well maintained, good secure parking, and up to date touch electronics steering everything from lights down to your (amazing) shower. Smart tv much appreciated.

The location is interesting: on the main drag in a semi small industrial looking area. Not offensive but one would expect such a hotel in a more esthetically pleasing area. Breakfast was served with a smile but really was just barebones. Please do better with this.

I loved everything! The room was big enough for two, the bed was really comfortable and gigantic (and it was a simple room). The facilities at the room were functional and useful. You had speakers on the ceiling and you could connect your phone to them. Loved the shower and the bathroom.

There were some water leaks from the shower when you take a shower. They should arrange that so the water don't get out, even though you have a mat at the bathroom.

All staff were friendly and professional. The food in the gastrobar was excellent. Our room was clean and a good size with quality fittings in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a busy road nearby but the glazing stop noise in our room. The pool area and gym were worth the extra money - 15€ per room per day. We had the place to ourselves most days!

The formal restaurant was closed but there was still an informal restaurant area in the gastrobar. Everything else was superb.
