Great location. Great breakfast

I think I was just unlucky with my room as I couldn't get a TV signal no matter how hard I tried. Struggled to get to sleep as there was a buzzing noise that seemed to be coming from the electric breaker fuse box. Once again a Sercotel with no toilet brush, a small but important item just in case!! All of the above sounds bad but the room was still good value for money.

Comfortable bed. Nice room with good air conditioning. Good location with Alcazar Carpark nearby (discount for hotel users) and a stone’s throw from Zocodover Plaza and all the interesting little streets and shops. Great recommendation for dinner at El Trebol from hotel receptionist!

An extra pillow would be nice! (Not complaining but suggest getting a new shower head in room 106)

Great location - quiet but central, still has traces of past luxury and grandeur, very clean, comfortable beds. Off-season was unbeatable in price!

Nothing really... It is obvious that the place used to be at a different luxury level, but as it is it's great for a quick stay!

The location is excellent. Right next to the castle. The staff were lovely and friendly. Very nice room. Great bathroom.

Pillows on bed not so comfortable. Bed was a bit hard. We could hear the other guests. Talking.

Hospitality of Sandra . Sandra’s assistance in city tour planning was invaluable. She also kindly arranged ticket purchase for flamenco concert (hidden gem) of Madrid. She was very nice , approachable, and professional.

The location and the staff members,both the receptionists,the lady and mister were very kind. The location is amazing,next to Alcazar. In raport with the price this hotel is fantastic. I will suggest it to my friends when they will visit this wonderful city.Thank you for making my visit in beautiful Toledo so amazing !

I didn’t like the pillows and the fact that we did not have in the room facilities to make our own coffee or tea, a tray with a kettle, cups, teaspoons, coffee, sugar and tea/ other teas would have been appropriate and appreciated ( for the price I paid per night ) location wise it was great, staff was really nice. I would repeat if kettle, etc etc were added to the room.

Excellent hotel. Easy to get around Toledo. Everything is close. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Excellent breakfast. Great coffee!

Room was very large and spacious including the bathroom. Longest bath I've ever seen in a hotel room. Good view from semi-closed balcony. Excellent work conditions with desk facing windows.

There was no kettle or coffeemaker in the room nor was there coffee available anywhere in the hotel.
