It was a quite new apartment. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was well equipped and quite spacy. Easy access via code on the door. There was no reception in the building but they set up a whatsapp for us for questions and the staff always responded fast and were very friendly, even in evenings or Sunday. Also requests were handled very fast. I would definitely come back.

We unfortunately experienced a broken hot water system one day. We understand this is a mechanical failure not caused by the company. But they handled it well and fixed it very fast. Apart from that one small tip for improvement would be to make sure shower and toilet supplies are available always. We had to ask for this a couple of times. This was no big issue because it was handled very fast.

This studio apartment is perfectly designed. Every inch has a purpose so there's no wasted space, and our family of 4 (with 2 teen boys) had plenty of room. The air conditioning was great during a heat wave, the furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we even got a welcome basket with fresh water, chips and coffee pods! On our first night, we realized the shower was clogged, and water soaked our bathroom. The next day, after we returned from a day out, the shower was fixed and we had fresh towels! I only interacted with the apartment managers through chat, but they were super responsive. We had a great experience with this place and highly recommend!

Thoughtfully furnished , wonderful apartment. Loved the stay . Staff are very friendly and is always available through WhatsApp for any queries and very accommodative! Highly recommend for families.
