We walked everywhere even from and to the train station with two pieces of luggage. The room was very comfortable the water pressure was great and the water hot. It was very quiet but you must close the windows at night as noise from the bars restaurants and people talking can be disturbing. This is normal in Spain if you are near where people live, it is the culture. Once the windows were closed and the air conditioner was on no problem. Breakfast was varied fresh juices excellent choices my only complaint was things on the hot trays were cold. I just asked them to heat it up. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Located close to the train stations, close to the shops (5 mins walk away) and a 10 min walk into the Historic quarter. The hotel is clean, the rooms are small but nicely finished and the staff very helpful (thanks to Noelia and Ana for check-in and ensuring we were ok to explore the city). We arrived before check in and there was no problem storing luggage for no charge, as our room was not available to check in earlier.

There's no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. There is a coffee machine in reception but it's only available after 2pm, not during breakfast. This did come across to us that they want you to pay for breakfast by having the machine switched off. This made me feel they were money grabbing and reduced my appreciation for the property.

We had a room with a terrace on the top floor, it was a bit too cold to use it as we stayed in march, but the space is excellent. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with a huge selection of everything you could want, the coffee was perfect. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is really good, right in the center of Ruzafa, surrounded with cafes, bars and restaurants. The 90 bus is just around the corner, which will take you to the beach. We rented a couple of bikes and headed off along the sea front, It is Gorgeous! We arrived by train from Barcelona and literally walked to the hotel, the taxi to the airport was 20 mins. We are already planning our next visit. Thanks guys.

Location is great. Close to the cathedral and the train station (walkable). Room is clean and comfortable with great internet connectivity and speed. Having a really good shower, excellent hairdryer, nice soaps, shampoo and conditioner as well as a magnifying mirror is really appreciated. Love having e-bikes available at no cost! We enjoyed riding them through the beautiful park nearby. Ignacio at the front desk is extremely helpful, giving us information about local attractions and the Fallas celebration. He helped make our visit to the city even better. Coffee and tea in the lobby is a nice touch. The breakfast is very good-lots of breads, pastries and a variety of healthful options such as fruit, some vegetables, eggs, a variety of meats and cheeses as well as yogurt with great toppings options-nuts, dried fruit, granola, seeds. Good coffee including decaf options and fresh blended juice with different options such as spinach, apple, ginger, mint, carrot and beet. The hotel has a lot to offer at a reasonable cost. Very nice!

Our stay was great

The staff is superb. Maria, Noelia, Rafael and Ana all provided excellent service, advice and were a pleasure to deal with. They are all a true asset to the hotel. The hotel was clean and well decorated. Our room was lovely with a 2 large windows with a gorgeous street view. We could not have asked for better. Thank you all for making our trip so very pleasant.

Not a fault or judgment of the hotel by any means but I just wonder why parents would allow their 3 boys to play and kick a futbol around inside the lobby. They were incredibly loud and we nearly got hit by the ball twice while we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our taxi!

- large terrace on the 6th floor - great location: ~20 minutes walk to the historical center, lots of restaurants, groceries, etc. next to the hotel - despite the fact my room was located next to the elevator, it was pretty quiet and comfortable

I had to arrive at the AMS airport at ~4:00 AM, the flight was at ~6:20, and I got to the hotel in Valencia at about ~10:30 in the morning and really wanted to sleep. The room was not ready; ok, that's fine, I went for a walk. I returned to the hotel at 14:00, but the room still was not ready. So I was waiting/sleeping in the lobby almost until 15:00 to finally check-in. The room needs some renovation, especially the wooden floor on the terrace.

The location was great. Although the hotel was in the middle of bars and restaurants, we did not hear any noise. The stuff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was great, there were many options. The hotel was very clean.

The room was not big. Since we did not have big luggages, it was not a big issue, but with big luggages, it might be hard to fit to the room. The cards for opening the door did always create issues, each and every time we needed to go to the reception, the door lock needs to be changed.

My room was a nice size room on the 1st floor with a view of the intersection in front of the hotel. There was plenty of light, a comfortable bed, good wife and a nice staff. I saw some reviews saying there was excessive street noise but this wasn't something I found to be and my room was directly across from multiple bar/restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again as the location is great if you want to be in the ruzafa area within walking distance of anything needed

Nothing and as I said above, I didn't find noise to be an issue I saw others mentioned.

The location is excellent with easy access to the old town. There is a metro station nearby and the local area is full of bars and eating places. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The bedrooms vary in size and if you’re staying for more than a night or two it’s probably best to book a larger room.

The choice at breakfast is very limited and quite expensive for what you are offered. There are lots of places nearby to have breakfast with greater choice and at reasonable prices.

Fabulous location, amazing staff and a lovely breakfast included 😀 So many restaurants and bars on the doorstep and Ruzafa is a great area. Also very walkable to ciutat vella. Definitely the staff were the highlight though, so helpful and accommodating. We had an evening flight home on our last day and when we came back from our last few hours out exploring and we had been drowned they gave us access to a room to get dried and changed.

The only slight downside is that the room was quite small, there was 3 of us in a quadruple room and was rather tight, but we weren't really spending a lot of time in the room anyway
