What a great stay! I loved everything about it. Staff were friendly and always said hello as we came in and out of the hotel. The loft with small kitchen was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large with a good shower. We liked the location too, with easy walking access to the restaurants and bars in Russafa (5-10 min) as well as the main sights in the old town (20-25 min). The tram to the beach was very close as well. Would happily stay here again.

We loved our four nights at Soho Valencia. The reception staff were so friendly and obliging. Great location close to everything. Parking was available nearby on calle Cuba. Having bikes for hire was also a bonus

Lighting in the room was very dim.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good and in an interesting area with great restaurants not far away and in easy reach of metro and main train stations. It was a pretty easy walk into the old centre too. The bikes for hire were a really nice touch and we used a few times for getting to the coast and centre if arts and science as well as picking up food.

A minor thing. The hobs seemed a little low on heat or slow to warm up. But as long as you plan around this, no problem.

Soho Valencia is such a wonderfull place to stay while visiting Valencia. Its very near metro station of lines 3 and 5 that take you straight to Airport. Additionally, it right beside tram station of tram no. 10 for Oceanographic and Museum of Science. You can walk from Soho Appartments to old city and visit all the sights by foot, its closely located to the busiest shoping street also. Staff is very friendly and attentive, cleanliness of the flat was amazing and they do really good job of keeping it clean during your stay. Kitchen is nice with microwave, toster, fridge, two induction hobs and ketle. Bed was also very comfortable.

I do not have any negative expiriences.

As a family of 4 we use aparthotels regularly, and this was the best one we've ever stayed in. Great communication on What's Ap before we arrived (responding immediately and helpfully when our flight was delayed etc), then pretty much perfect throughout our stay. Really friendly and helpful staff throughout, perfect location next to 3 metro/tram stops and multiple bus stops that can get you anywhere in the city (public transport excellent - just check your phone for departures as you leave because not as frequent as some cities), and walking distance to old town. Also a 20 minute bus from outside the hotel straight to the beautiful beach (93 bus, comes every 10 mins). The family penthouse room is brilliant. Massive rooms, spotlessly clean, lovely big balcony you can sit and eat on, well-appointed kitchen with all you'll need in terms of plates etc, massive bathroom, loads of plug sockets, comfy beds. Couldn't ask for more! There is a main road out the front but the shutters completely block any noise etc, and can be opened in the day for light/views etc.

Only very minor things because we loved our stay, but couple of minor things could be tweaked. TV turned on automatically when we slotted the card in the electrics which was annoying, so we unplugged it at the wall. Kitchen cupboards weirdly didn't have handles on, so were a bit awkward to open (had to use feet!). Recommend adding handles. We stayed a week and room was cleaned every 3 days, which was fine and they did a great job. Just be good if they could top up the tea bags etc each time.

We booked four nights for a very good rate. Our room was large with sofa and kitchenette. It was clean modern quiet facing an internal courtyard with a balcony. The location suited us perfectly, a 10 minute walk to the centre. Alacant tram stop a minute away and 5 minutes to the centre of Russafa district where you can find a great range of independent cafes and restaurants. The hotel also has a list of local places that will offer a discount to guests. The staff were really helpful. We rented the hotel bicycles for a day at the very reasonable rate of 9 euros. The hotel will also hold your luggage in the lobby which meant for us we could maximise our short trip to the last hour. We highly recommend the hotel.

Nothing at all to dislike. We would recommend to our friends.

The location was perfect - right between two of the most popular neighborhoods in Valencia: The old city and Ruzafa. We were able to walk to the nearby metro for trips further afield. The reception staff was helpful. The room was clean and quiet and a perfect size for my family of four. We enjoyed the kitchenette for prepping breakfasts and the occasional small meal. We stayed for more than a week here and enjoyed the time we spent!

We had no real complaints. though we did find the TV less than ideal in getting it set up to use. There is a lack of closet or dresser space for unpacking. Overall, the room decoration was fine, but not notably praiseworthy.

The property is perfectly located just north of the bustling, arty Rufaza district and within easy walking distance of the Turia linear park and the centre of the old town. The apartment was spacious and quiet and kept scrupulously clean. We stayed for seven nights and sheets, towels, etc were changed every three days, even on the sixth when we had only one day remaining. Staff were accommodating, knowledgeable and very friendly.

The TV could have allowed access to my own Netflix account, but we weren't in Valencia to watch TV!

Lovely, friendly welcome from Reception on arrival and pre-check-in advice, sent by text, was really helpful. Liked the relaxed atmosphere of reception area, enabling us to charge phones, use facilities etc before heading out while our room was being prepared. The room itself was spacious and had great shower in a very modern bathroom. Location was perfect for us - short walk from train station and really close to the centre. My friend and I both agreed that we would book Soho again if coming back to Valencia.

Perhaps give clear instructions about use of the shutters in the apartment (being Scottish, we seldom need/use them!) but otherwise wouldn't change a thing.

Great location within walking distance of the train stations, the park, good bars and restaurants and good markets. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and quiet. It was great to have a comfortable seating area too and the kitchen had enough equipment for basic self catering. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was spotlessly clean.

The hair dryer was a trial! It was in the bathroom, a nuisance when trying to style hair in steamy conditions, and whilst your partner wants to take a shower. It was attached to the wall by an extremely short cable, making it difficult to handle. The concentrator nozzle was too wide, and the temperature was too hot, resulting in a head full of frizz and a burnt scalp. Add to that the need to keep your finger on the button to keep the dryer on, and every hair wash was a challenge. It might not sound much but it's very frustrating when you want to look your best.
