Beautiful Location in the Hills of Hollywood! 10min walk to the Center of it all on Hollywood Blvd. walk of fame and other main attractions.

For the area that it’s at I expected a bit more luxury inside the room,but nonetheless it was very peaceful and friendly staff! Will be back again!

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hollywood Hills Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect — just a short walk from the Walk of Fame, which made exploring LA super convenient. Room service was great, and the staff were always friendly, responsive, and professional. A special thank you to the team for helping arrange a late checkout and for being so understanding when I had a small issue with the room access — they handled it with kindness and efficiency. Even though the pool wasn’t open during my stay, everything else more than made up for it, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again (hopefully when the pool is ready!). The only downside was a minor issue with the QR code access on the last day, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally.

The location is perfect, very central. Beautiful views of the hills and downtown LA. The suite was spacious and very bright with a huge terrace overlooking downtown. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept really well. Even if there are no front desk, the staff was extremely prompt to respond to my concerns and questions over texts. It is great to have parking on site.

The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures. It was old and rundown, and all patched up. The vanity’s doors were locked, shut with tie-wrap and underneath it was all moldy and stinky. The bath was gross, and the shower faucet was barely working. It’s too bad because otherwise this was an amazing suite to spend a few nights. The pool was not working either. The water was all trouble and green.

loved this hotel and will definitely be back! i truly don't think there was a better hotel with this view since it's the only one on a hill and with a balcony. very quiet, comfortable, and nice looking room. staff brought most things we asked, but missed some things. was pretty clean overall. big room with places to put all your stuff, large and very comfortable bed, nice small kitchen, good size bathroom, good lighting, large balcony with chairs, dark curtains. hollywood walk of fame very close by. downtown, rodeo drive, hollywood sign, etc. only short drives away. a lot of food options around the area. very quiet property since it's not right by a main road and didn't even hear anyone else in the hotel. wifi worked good.

the room did have a smell probably from the old furniture and some stains on the rug. couldn't see the hollywood sign from our room 305, but could see it if we walked to the left outside near the stairs., still a great view from the room though.

- great location. Hidden away from the streets, but only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hollywood - insane view, really amazing to wake up to (Room 402) - helpful staff (via telephone) - good TV - good Kitchen equipment - balcony with furniture - good sized room/bed

- bed sheets not changed while we stayed for 6 nights (towels were changed/bins emptied) - room could do with a fresh paint - shower head needs replacing - there are no staff on site. - should really label itself as Hollywood Hills Apartments and not Hotel, as it does not have the functions of a hotel, and from the outside looks like a motel - not a complaint, but this hotel sits at the top of a steep hill, with no sidewalk. Worth mentioning for guests with mobility issues. - was aware of this before, but you can hear people stomping about upstairs.

The hotel is small and historic. The room was spacious. There is a pool.

It's not that easy to reach staff. There aren't any pool towels, so you've got to just use your bath towel. Day after day, it gets pretty wet.

Very nice accommodations, hard to find I had to ask around, and very narrow roads and parking. The apts across the parking lot looked sketchy at first but it was fine. There’s no staff just a call or text away if you need anything, I wish I would have known that ahead of time because I was a solo traveler but it all ended up fine and overall beautiful views the room was clean and also beautiful. Great comfy beds. The pool was breathtaking even though i didn’t get a chance to use it. I would def return. Great old Hollywood vibes.

I like that it was hidden up in the hill, private, and Tucktaway. I loved that there was a restaurant right above that had a bar walking distance like a minute walk, and the staff even though they had no front desk everything was done through your phone. You got a digital key you had a digital pen I’ve never experienced that before, but it was a good experience. I usually don’t like change, but this change was very welcoming, and again the man who I dealt with was very attentive.

The way it was no contact all online even the room key was pretty awesome! The rooms are really good size! It is fairly clean, but I am extra. So take my Review how you see fit. It was clean to a regular person, but to me there were stains on the couches & on the carpet. Second the tub was peeling off, it was clean don't get me wrong but the peeling is something I couldn't deal with. Also, if you're not alone send the code to the other person incase you run out of battery!!! They were so kind I was able to text them from my husband's cell phone to be able to get in at 1 AM so that's a SUPER PLUS!!! The restaurant next door is Great too!!! If you want to continue the party same location is the Hookah Lounge Yama Shisha literally next door same spot as the restaurant Yamashiro. The View is amazing!!!! worth it if your looking just to sleep & get ready.

Stains on the carpet & couches Tub peeling off broken items that looked like they were repaired with tape of the same color so its not noticeable

Beautiful location, easy online check in and amazing views

Rooms need a renovation and don’t even try to attempt staying here if you have a low sports car like us! destroyed our front end leaving at no fault of the property, just not the best road if you have a lowered car. Bathtub needs to be refurbished and the light fixtures where being held together by duct tape. It was a decent stay if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Id book again for a budget trip to LA but not if you’re looking for something glamorous
