Staff were lovely, clean apartment and close to all things Hollywood.

I like practical when I travel, and unfortunately to advertise a kitchenette was a little misleading. A large fridge and microwave with lots of cubboard space confused me. There was no cutlery or plates or bowls. There was a steamer but no hangers to hang clothes so you could steam them. Nitty gritty things here but it makes all the difference when travelling. The room was also on the ground floor and the loft joined the wall to the apartment and was noisy when people were coming and going.

Location was excellent with an easy walk down to Hollywood Boulevarde and all the action there. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Although we didn't use them I liked the idea of washing machine and dryer in the room. The external communal area ie pool and sun area was excellent. Overall recommended.

The online check in was very frustrating. I am elderly and a non techy. When I received the emails indicating to pre check in online it also quite clearly said there would be someone to have face to face interaction with to check in.. We arrived after dark in a strange country and a strange city to get to a locked gate that we could not access get inside. We were quite scared. Finally someone happened to exit the building and gave us access to the foyer area where we were able to make contact with Fenix by telephone and after much stuffing around managed to check in and get to our room finally.

I liked that it was contactless. Was a little confused when looking for the access codes but it was all in one page and was easy to use once I realized where to find them. I enjoyed the vinyls and record player, and thought that the room was very quiet and comfortable.

I didn’t like that the toiletry dispensers in the shower were dripping body wash onto the bathtub floor and there was no closet to hang my clothes. But there was a wall where I could hang my clothing.

The location is very good. It is about a 5-minute walk from the Walk of Fame and there are bus stops and a metro station very close by. We were able to use public transportation to visit the Universal park, beaches and observatory.

Great location to walk of fame, only a 10 min walk. We walked at night and in the day and felt very safe and had no issues. We were skeptical about staying due to some reviews saying it felt unsafe but as a young couple we were pleasantly surprised and felt very safe! Couple of homeless people but no worse than anywhere else and they don’t bother you. Ubers could collect us very easily from here and the property was very spacious. We would 100% stay here again if we were to come back.

Not enough cutlery considering it is an apartment and if we spent more time cooking in the property we would’ve need to purchase more cutlery and decent sized plates.

Location is perfect. Very clean property.

Parking is free under the hotel with pin number. We park under the hotel but they towed our car and we paid 510$ to get it back. We really get upset when we wake up and saw that our car is not there. Thankfully people around help us to located it.

the location is very strategic, very close to hollywood walk of Shame 😁(Fame). many restaurants and shops around. if you walk at night you have to be careful there are many homeless & druggies around N Sycamore Ave. If you take uber stand at El Cerritos pl, less busy road then stand infront of the gate at Franklin Ave.

Smelled urine at the entrance from El Cerritos pl. There's only one mirror in the bathroom, it would be great if there was an extra one in the bedroom or living room, so my friend and I don't have to take turns putting on make up😊

As a 15 year Los Angeles resident who came back to see friends—you really can't ask for a better location in Hollywood. Trust me on this. The neighborhood on the other side of Franklin is really nice, inclusive of the Runyon Canyon hike, Magic Castle, and celebrity homes, and this is a well monitored area. It's also close to highway access, an essential for getting anywhere in a timely fashion, and will let someone quickly check off the walk of fame before, hopefully, seeing the real city! Bonuses, I LOVED the gated parking, kitchenette, well-working heater, fast elevator, great shower, black-out window shades, and soft towels.

The gate, elevator, and door codes all worked! It's just a little cumbersome.

Will definitely stay here again. Good value for the cost. Modern and spacious room with a great sized kitchen and 4 person table that was able to double as our desk during the day. Easy to walk to tourist attractions and public transportation (including a shuttle to the Hollywood Bowl and Double Decker tour buses). The building is very clean and felt secure despite not having a traditional reception or staffed lobby. Parking was covered and very secure. Staff was quickly responsive to any question via text.

Parking costs an extra fee and was cramped. The fee for parking was reasonable. We faced the avenue, so you could hear some traffic noise (mainly during the day); we used our white noise machine or wave sound from our cellphone and slept great. Heavier drapes or thicker/darker blinds on the windows, would be ideal for sleeping-in during vacation.

My friend and I had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, just within walking distance to the heart of Hollywood, making it super convenient to go around and we felt safe walking around the area even at night. The staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The unit itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bed to the thoughtful amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Hollywood – fantastic service, great location, and a comfortable stay! Definitely value for money.
