I liked that the beds were very comfortable, the amount of room, and comfort there was in the bathroom, the extra storage all around the room was also great, the tiny desk also added more convenience as an artist. The carpeted floors helped after 2 long days of walking.

I did not enjoy the food provided, but I understand that quality will go down for quantity, as there were a lot of guests in. I did not like the random jiggling of our doorknob, multiple times, mind you. I'm unsure if it was other guests confusing our room for their room, or maintenance, but it was somewhat disturbing, not as bad as I'm making it sound, I just have no other way to describe it. The price felt unfair, for the actual amount of time we were in our room, but it was better than staying at an Airbnb, for a worse price. thank you for all you guys did for making our stay as comforting as possible.

Location is good--a little noisy. Breakfast offerings were very good. Would be nice to have gluten free bread available.

The television is miserable. For all 12 days we were there, it constantly lost the signal and had to be restarted. I guess the movies of which I didn't see the endings will repeat someday and I'll find out what happened. Seriously, we almost changed hotels just to have reliable television. At the end of a long day, we did not find the lost signal amusing.

Location. Location. Location. It is very handy off the freeway, which made it very easy to come and go. The facility was also well organized and had easy access to the parking lot from an exit other than the main door. It was also very clean and well appointed.

Oddly enough, what needs to be replaced is the carpet that is in the stairwells. I experience balance and vision issues, and the yellow stripes in the carpet, made the brain think that these were hazard zones. Based on how the carpet was laid, the yellow lines switched places on the steps, of course. This was very disruptive to the brain since these lines were not in a consistent place. Especially on the way down, the steps appeared to be an optical illusion and distracted me from my normal gait. It’s definitely a potential tripping hazard just by the nature of how it confuses the eyes.

Great beds! The airconditioning made the room incredibly cool which was great during the heat wave. After turning it off the room stayed cool all night. Staff was kind. There were a lot of towels and a nice shower. We had the King Suite which was super big.

The whole hotel feels a bit clinical. Lights are terribly bright like in a hospital. Everything was made out of synthetic materials, from the chairs to the blankets. Great for just a quick sleep but definitely not a cozy place to be for longer than that. Breakfast was really bad, very little options and bad quality. So if it's just about a good sleep: highly recommend (beds are truly the comfiest you're gonna find), but not if you want a cozy experience.

It still looks like a brand new hotel. It was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Better than my own bed at home! I love the open airiness of the room and hotel.

The wall between my room and the next seemed to be very thin. My husband and I stayed in the disabilities accessible room on the third floor and at night we could hear the couple clearing their throats and chatting in the adjacent room. I’d still stay again though. Hands down the best hotel I’ve been to!

Hotel was very good in all respects and very good value for money. Special shout-out for the person managing the breakfast. She was exceptional & took care of needs of each and every guest - including very small children. She really went far beyond what was expected. The hotel was very good overall. All Staff were very courteous & genuine.

Week-end breakfast it was very good. Week-day felt as though breakfast was reused from weekend excess leftovers, that was stored in fridge and reheated. That was the only thing that fell short. The hotel was very good overall.

Fabulous location with close proximity to Palm Springs, trails and the mountains. Modern hotel with spacious rooms, lovely bathrooms and a heated outdoor pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Peaceful, quiet and able to relax.

My only small moan is breakfast was the same each day. A bit of change would have been perfect for our otherwise enjoyable stay here.

The location was beautiful. The nearby mountains were so pretty.

Breakfast could've been a lot better. I am a plant-based eater so there wasn't much choice for me. All breads were white (would've appreciated whole grains). The fire alarm in our room (3rd floor) went off at 5:27 AM. It was extremely loud. I feared that there was a fire, so dressed quickly and went down to the desk where the night clerk turned off the alarm. This happened both mornings that we were staying at the hotel. Both mornings, I had to go down to the front desk to get the alarm turned off. I hope it gets fixed so the next guests in room 326 doesn't experience the same thing.

The room was very clean and smelled so nice when we walked in. The breakfast was great and the lady overseeing it was very friendly. Outside was a little grassy area for our dog to do its business. They even provided little doggy bags to pick up the poop when she was done. Staying at this hotel was definitely worth the money!

I don't have even one complaint about this hotel.

Room was clean and facility was clean, breakfast was nice. There was plenty of parking, staff was kind and always available. Bed was comfortable, Shower had nice pressure and I loved that you provided shampoo and soap. The pillows were so comfortable.

The lights in the bedroom should be warm! Homeless shouldn't be at the breakfast, I paid a lot of money to be at that hotel to eat food and not share with homeless. I wasn't informed that I needed to request turndown service.
