It was okay. Could of been a little bit better. The bacon n sausage was over cooked. It would be better if the juice bar was open all day for kids just like the coffee for adults. My daughter thinks you should have Tater tots vs the potatoes.

The pool should of stayed open till.at least 9pm. The hot tub was cold both days so we were unable to use. I would of liked if checkout time was a little bit letter then 11am. Noon would be much better since your checking in at a later tine of 3pm. And the pool closed at 8pm and the hotel wasn't busy. And we weren't aware of having to make reservations to use the pool. That was new to us when we arrived. That is something that should be mentioned when making the reservations over phone.

Everything was awsome This make the 3 time I stay at this hotel And not once was I disappointed. I do and will continue to recommend this hotel. Most of your shopping and food needs are close by. even a place to wash clothes at the hotel if not it one right down the streeet

Great experience! I am local and t b is was a getaway for my husband and I to get out of the house. I wasn't sure what to expect because I don't recall staying at a BW before. It exceeded my expectations. I loved the toiletries that were in the room included. I love that I didn't need to bring anything extra. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, and refrigerator were all here. Room was clean. I wouldn't say the continental breakfast that was included was the best ever. My husband said the food was okay but you have to eat right away when it's hot. Don't dare bring back to your room and eat it warm because it's horrible that way. The orange juice was excellent. The indoor pool and whirlpool were phenomenal and great this time of year, it was also nice having the large windows surrounding pool area even if it was a view of passing traffic. I would absolutely stay here again, I feel like I got my money's worth. Staff was around if needed. We did need to go to front desk for pool towels which is not typical for hotels I have stayed at but we walked past there to go to pool so wasn't really an inconvenience.

Arrived early and was given a room that was cleaned and available. As senior citizens it was great to be able to rest after the drive.

Eggs,bacon,sausage and potatoes were barely warm. Nice selection though. Needed to use microwave to heat the "hot" food. Food station was kept clean and items were refilled in a timely manner.

Very nice property overall. King room is very nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Good location to many places.

Strong smell of chlorine coming from pool area even when not close to it. Not sure if it’s the cleaning supplies that are used or what but the room at weird oder when you entered it. And wish someone would have kept up with making sure breakfast foods were always refilled.

Really nice indoor pool & a hot tub. Decent breakfast with scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, bagels, pastries, oatmeal, fruit, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a bit tired. Paint’s peeling off, little things are falling apart, and nobody’s in a hurry to fix them. The hotel claims that only 6 people were allowed at the pool at a reserved time slot. Nobody regulates it. I counted 16 attendees at one point.

Everything was smooth from the check-in process top the room to the breakfast. Everyone we had contact with was extremely courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel for our needs. Would recommend.

You could only get in the building 1 way through the main lobby but there’s a side door closer to the extra parking you can only go out of.

The bbase of yhe shower, is never cleaned and was moldy, and carpets need cleaning, my wife killed a creepy bug in the bathroom
