The Holiday Inn Express Cruise Airport is a charming hotel ideal for relaxation. On the plus side: Let's start with the good stuff. The rooms were undeniably clean and well-maintained. But the true star was the bed. Sink-into-it comfortable, with crisp linens, it offered some of the best sleep I've had on a trip. Breakfast was another highlight. A delicious spread with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries to hot cooked dishes, left me satisfied every morning.

Where it fell short: Unfortunately, the positive aspects were overshadowed by the staff. From check-in to check-out, interactions felt curt and unhelpful. Simple requests were met with sighs and minimal effort. The deposit drama: To add insult to injury, getting my security deposit back was an ordeal. While the standard return policy was stated as 7-10 business days, it took a full MONTH of follow-up calls and emails before I finally saw the funds returned. At $50 per DAY you stay, I amassed quite a substantial amount in deposit fees and having to wait 30+ days to receive my money back was LESS than ideal, to say the least.

Friendly female driver picked us up from the airport, great location, delicious breakfast, we enjoyed the pool, clean, comfortable room.

The front desk wouldn't wait 5 minutes for us to come down to get the shuttle to the airport. It's either be early or wait for the next shuttle an hour later.

The property was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, the tv worked, the shower was clean and worked well, plenty of sockets to charge phones etc the property was close to the train station and also the cruise port. The breakfast was extremely good and the catering staff were amazing

The excellent service attitude of the whole staff and great location walking distance to convention center.

Location to cruise terminal and price were the reasons we picked this hotel. Free breakfast was good, room was clean and quiet. Just what we needed.

Good breakfast…multiple options. Great location to the Cruise Port with free shuttle from Fort Lauderdale airport to hotel. Many restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel was in close proximity to the airport with a free shuttle. Your basic buffet hotel breakfast was included, but it was free and had enough variety to keep us happy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we were able to get a good night's sleep the day before our cruise. It was in walking distance to everything we could need.

My only issue was that the price of the shuttle was $15.00 per person when an Uber would have been cheaper. That said, I didn't look into it enough to educate myself on the price, but it was a convenient option none the less.

Walking distance to everything you may need/want. Easy to access from the airport via the complimentary shuttle. Close to the cruise ship piers. THE most comfortable beds! Gorgeous bathroom with glass door shower. Wonderful blackout curtain- I need a dark room when I sleep. Very clean and neat. Complimentary breakfast.

I can’t think of anything. Maybe needs touch up paint here and there but I’m not living here, just a short stay.
