The lady who greeted us was awesome smiling bubbly. Then there was a gentleman there with her he overheard her asking us what do we plan to do while there and he recommended places to shop 😉. I LOVED loved the beds and pillows were soo comfortable😊. Our stay was July 24th-29th 2023.

We did not like the slow elevator. The lady who did breakfast we could hear her coughing in the back over who knows what😖. Then one morning ppl were still there and she started turning everything off and locking up everything while we sat and was still eating. I mean it wasn't the fact that it was 9am and she had to shut down but without the attitude would have been fine. One guy got her to turn the juice machine back on at least to get him a cup.

The place was very clean. The breakfast delicious.

That at 3:30 am a couple including a staff member was knocking my door. 1st that interrupted my rest after hours driving. They insist twice. Then I called front desk and I was sure was the same staff member that knocked my door. He didn't mentioned anything. In the morning a nice staff member who I explained, apologized about the incident.

Location was great, staff was great, they are very stingy on towels.

We had 3 adults and 2 kids and it was like pulling teeth to get more towels. With showers and the pool we needed way more than 3 towels at a time.

I need handicapped room, as I am in wheelchair. Carpet was older, but very clean. It was a little difficult to get around on carpet. Room itself was very clean and confortable. We didn't stay for breakfast. Room was nice - had micro and coffee and fridge. Bathroom was fabulous - large tub with seat for handicapped access. Lots of room to get around in wheelchair. Plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable and had very soft sheets. Will use this hotel any time we go to the area.

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were exceptional. Did witness a mgr."dress down" an employee in front of breakfast guests....not acceptable;!

Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offerings were very good. Location neat I-95 with easy access to it.

Some of the property could use an overhaul with carpets, work pn walls (paint, wallpaper, chips, etc). The pool really needs a major overhaul.

The staff here were wonderful. From the front desk people to the cleaning lady, to the woman who prepares the breakfast, everyone was pleasant and friendly. I did not like the way the parking lot is set up behind the building behind a solid wall as it did not feel safe walking back to the front door. However once inside I did feel safe and enjoyed my stay.

The way the parking lot is enclosed behind a solid wall so there is limited view if anything were to happen.

Breakfast was great. Room was very clean, just a little tired. Building and stairwells could use cleaning and refreshing, but for the cost and staffs diligence, you cannot beat this price. Rooms were cozy, all was quiet, linens clean. I would stay here again, absolutely.

Clean , accessible, good breakfast The elevator broke down while we were there. The staff sorted it but it took a while. On request though they moved us to a room at floor 1 since my mother could not take the stairs. Thanks to the staff for understanding
