Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly receptionist. I loved parrots
There is no coffee machine in the room, there are no cutlery in the kitchenette, in the morning there was no coffee in the coffee place, the area around the rooms is not identical to the pictures in Booking, it was near the road, the noise of the train and cars was annoying.

Everyone was friendly and ver; y helpful. Our room was very clean but It was a little small. It would have been perfect for a single occupant; however, it was my choice to take that room. We did ask about a bigger room but everything was completely booked for the time that we were there.

The staff and owner of the property were very kind and friendly. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The property is very beautiful. Loved that coffee was available 24 hours.
The parking was tight and limited. I hope the owner works to improve this as well.

Location was good, near parks and restaurants. Lots of character, outside sitting area, parrots.
Property is rather dated; the suite was small but was updated and comfortable. Seemed overpriced for the value, but I guess it is near Palm Beach.

I liked the outdoor patio they had.
I don’t like how run down it looks when you get there. it is a motel and parking in an alley is worrisome. we were fortunate enough to get a completely remodeled room and first ones to stay in it. BUT $245 for one night is too much. there is no breakfast included and parking isn’t guaranteed. And let’s be honest it’s a motel. it’s not fancy. It’s not on the beach and it’s not within walking distance of anything so I don’t agree with the price.

Enjoyed the hominess of the place. Especially the fresh fruit, coffee and snacks that were always available in the outdoor lounging area. The room was clean, the bed comfy, the A/C strong and the water pressure in the shower was great. Also, the proximity to the beach, restaurants etc was really nice.
When you pull up to the hotel, there's a bit of an "uh oh" factor. At first glance, it looks pretty run down and the photos of the exterior you see on Booking don't really tell the story.

The main thing that I loved about it was, it was so clean, and it had such a homie vibe. It felt like an apartment not a hotel.
The only thing that I didn’t like is that I had to leave It was a phenomenal experience.

Rooms were clean. Property well maintained. We were down for a funeral. Location was 5 minutes from the location. Lots of food places just a short distance
Wifi was spotty which caused the TV to go in and out

Updated room with clean sheets, comforter and cute kitchen and loved the rain shower! Lovely front desk girl. The towels were shaped like doves kissing with a fresh flower on top. Thank you.
Outside looks worn down but inside makes up for that.
