Our family stayed a week, I was impressed with the breakfast options and that there was a different main breakfast course each morning. The staff cooking the breakfast was very attentive. The food, while it was hotel food, was fresh. There was always some time of egg, with sausage and or bacon. There was also real oatmeal with lots of toppings. There was also plenty of drink options. The Hotel was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly, which in my opinion speaks volumes about the management. Which was probably why everyone seemed to take pride in their work. I would definitely stay again.

this is not the fault of the hotel. But, I didn't care for the options to leave the hotel property. One direction you had a right turn only and then had to do a u turn to go back towards the restaurants and shopping. The other exit, went through a neighboring hotel property with a traffic light. Don't be fooled... I sat at that light for a 120 years waiting to turn left! I was literally reincarnated. U turn side was the best fastest option, if anyone cares.

This hotel exceeded all expectations and is the best in the area, as I've stayed at others. The whole hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious (the mini quiches were the best), the pool was very clean and an appropriate temperature for Florida, and the hotel was central to everything we needed. They also had bottled water at the pool which was a nice touch. There's a bonfire area and grills to borrow but we didn't use either. Miles was the front desk rep we dealt with the most and he was very welcoming and friendly. His smile made us feel welcome right when we walked in.

It was a little odd that the glass shower door only covered half the shower but it didn't effect functionality at all.

Great studio apartment, new kitchen with electric stove, microwave and lot of pan and pad. Nice balcony, directly looking at the pool!

Grinder in the kitchen sink was not working. also the shower had an issue in the water flow selection. The issue was fixed two days later. they offered us to change apt, but we didn't want to move for only 3 days of stays.

Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Clean facility. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Laundry room. The kitchenette was well-stocked with dishes, utensils and a dishwasher. Good location - walking distance to restaurants and stores. (You have to cross wide, busy streets so it's not pleasant but do-able.) I enjoyed my stay here.

The AC in my room was hard to control.

The moment we entered the room and checked amenities, 2 dinner plates, 3 small plates were dirty and were put away in the cupboard. I called front desk right away. Housekeeping came and gave us dishwasher pod. I’m not washing previous guests dirty plates! Reported the problem again the following day to the front desk, same thing was done, we were given another dishwasher pod. I clearly told them it’s not my responsibility to clean previous guests dirty dishes! I just left it on the sink the whole time we stayed.

Room was very spacious. A lot of seating in the breakfast area. Liked the filtered water in the gym to fill my water bottle. Very comfortable beds. Slept great.

The lobby had a very strong smell of perfume. It was overwhelming every time we walked in the building. Some of the outdoor furniture needs to be updated.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was better than most of the hotels we had stayed in and open longer hours. The hotel was very clean.

We received a wake-up call that we did not request and it was at 6:00am which interrupted us and it took an hour to get back to sleep.

I find the kitchenette with dishes etc. makes my longer than a couple day stays to make my stay easier.

Sometimes it is hard to regulate the room temperature to a comfortable level. The bathroom fan in the shower looked to be clogged and not attended to for a while. The faucet in the bathroom was also not functioning well and left a constant puddle behind the sink.

Room door have ridiculous strong hinges that make door very hard to open and pull suitcase through. Also slam shut creating loud noise all the way down the hall anytime someone enters or exits a rooms

Upon arrival Kyle greeted me with professionalism and courtesy. I was then give a room with easy access and it was like brand new. The facility was definitely well maintained and the breakfast was the best one yet. Highly recommend this location.
