The hotel was being renovated, so I imagine it will look very nice really soon. But right now, it looks quite dated. The carpets are old, and the entire facility could use an update. That said, the updates are in progress. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean, which are my 2 priorities. The staff was very nice and helpful, and we did not have any problems or issues.

No ice machine on the first floor, and there could be more water fountains or water bottle refill stations. There wasn't anything wrong or bad about this property though

The construction was inconvenient in that we had to walk a distance and weave through halls in the hotel.

I was welcomed with complimentary snacks of popcorn and cookies during my stay. I enjoyed the modern, professional look. The shower was amazing including the drainage! Extremely clean rooms. Appliances were up-to-date. Great use of space with the furniture. Delicious food from the Bistro.

Breakfast was great. The location was great. There were renovations being done so it was a little tricky finding check-in. The staff was wonderful! The lady serving food was the best!

You could of had a hsir dryer in the bathroom.

I really liked the location. Close enough to get out and enjoy the surrounding area but also provided privacy and no noise pollution.

There was no microwave in the room I got. I'm sure it was my own oversight when booking the room, but having to go downstairs to use a communal microwave was less than ideal.

No complimentary breakfast. Mattress and pillows were horrible - back hurt and had to go buy pillows to sleep well. No mirror in bedroom, only bathroom.

We made the booking through Booking.com and for some reason the hotel couldn't find the reservation. However, Stan at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us.

Very nice outside and inside, elegant, nice area.

It's something in the room, the plug that is near the bed didn't work. We had three different telephone plugs and none of them worked, we had to put it at the other end, and the bathtub retains water.

The guy in the front desk was very good and very helpfull, we called 1:00am , he answered the call right way, it's very heavy raining day, and he was very patient to direct us to arrival to the hotel.
