the staff, especially the lady who was on the front desk from 3pm to 11pm. we had to move our room due to a tub drainage situation, she was so helpful and expedited it with politeness and concern . The cleanliness was above and beyond what we expected , the accommodations as far as sleeping, were excellent. breakfast was great. We have styed here before, and will be staying again in October. We are part of the Florida State Columbiettes Board of Officers and we travel from the other coast of Florida from the Tampa.Brandon area and the Winter Haven area.

Wanted a shower with chair. Tub was too high to get my son into. Getting in late to check in was a problem. Only one staff member and didn’t have help to wheel my son in wheelchair and bring my luggage in. I had to make two trips to my room after a long and late plane ride.

all was good except ... i got in extremely LATE,,, due to a very late international plane arrival. which was due to our original flt being cancelled and another plane brought in to replace the one we were on. (technical problems they said) I arrived at 2am.... all i wanted was a later check out... they said they could only offer to 12p. so basically i paid ALOT for just 9hrs of stay.

Breakfast was very good every morning. The hotel was clean and location was very good. Very close to many stores and highways. Bed was comfortable, but not the pillows (Not at All!)

The Pillows were Terrible. Very Flat and didn't even feel like you were sleeping on a pillow.

Good location. Clean and attractive. Room clean and comfortable. Initial room assigned , window shade fell off wall. Staff responded right away and switched us to another room. Good breakfasts.

Appeared to be in the process of renovations? Workmen loud in the hall at 6:30 am. Areas in the room of tiny ants.

I enjoyed the spacious room, comfort level, and the amenities offered.

I did not like that there were no rooms available when we arrived at 1:00 p.m. and we had to wait until 3:00 p.m. exactly. I also did not like that there was no hotel shuttle offered.

Location, front desk personnel, cleanliness of lobby and room -- all good. And the 2Q br was nice and roomy. Nice beds, good quality bedding. Housekeeping was wonderful. And a good breakfast with a variety of options.

The shower drain rusted and paint peeling off the wall Room smells like bleach, mildewy, smoked in previously at some point

Great location, friendly staff, clean,

Fire alarm went off around midnight. Fire department arrived to shut the alarm off. According to the night receptionist the room where the alarm was triggered was on my floor and the manager kicked the occupants out. Do not know if this is accurate but I agree with their action.

Close to many attractions, shopping and the I95 interstate. The continental breakfast had a good variety.

There weren’t many chairs by the pool, or the option to have an umbrella.
