the staff, especially the lady who was on the front desk from 3pm to 11pm. we had to move our room due to a tub drainage situation, she was so helpful and expedited it with politeness and concern . The cleanliness was above and beyond what we expected , the accommodations as far as sleeping, were excellent. breakfast was great. We have styed here before, and will be staying again in October. We are part of the Florida State Columbiettes Board of Officers and we travel from the other coast of Florida from the Tampa.Brandon area and the Winter Haven area.

The breakfast was very good, but they were out of coffee one morning OK so be it otherwise the comfort the staff everybody even that were setting up breakfast and such and I was late coming down. By the way I loved it. Loved everything quite clean couldn’t ask for a better place in fact, I’m back here, July 25.

The orchids at the desk there were three of them dying and they needed to be watered terribly that’s about it

Plenty of parking. Rooms were spacious. Nice to have seating aside from bed. Shower really nice with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was extensive with eggs and pancakes beyond the usual cereals and pastries. The biscuits were pretty reasonable.

They need to find an alternative to the Styrofoam plates. They are terrible to eat off of as well as horrible for the environment.

Very clean, staff friendly, and knowledgeable. They use Dove shampoo, and body wash in every room. Bed clean and comfy.. it did not have an AC musty smell like most beach hotels have. The AC ran great as well. There is a sliding door in between the hall/bathroom/coffee/mini fridge area. Was great getting up at 5am and closing it to make coffee and letting everyone else sleep.

Wanted a shower with chair. Tub was too high to get my son into. Getting in late to check in was a problem. Only one staff member and didn’t have help to wheel my son in wheelchair and bring my luggage in. I had to make two trips to my room after a long and late plane ride.

all was good except ... i got in extremely LATE,,, due to a very late international plane arrival. which was due to our original flt being cancelled and another plane brought in to replace the one we were on. (technical problems they said) I arrived at 2am.... all i wanted was a later check out... they said they could only offer to 12p. so basically i paid ALOT for just 9hrs of stay.

Outside landscaping grass was too high and bushes/hedges needs to be cut back there are over the side walk, trees need to be cut/trimmed. Breakfast food is being over cooked and is dry, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits are being over cooked.. very friendly staff and always welcoming and affordable and always clean.

The food at breakfast is overcooked and isn't warm. Biscuits are dry bacon sometimes is burned, sausage is always dry, the juice machine needs to be serviced they tastes watered down. Outside property needs to be maintained. There are dead trees and bushes out by the pool are growing over the sidewalk.

Breakfast was very good every morning. The hotel was clean and location was very good. Very close to many stores and highways. Bed was comfortable, but not the pillows (Not at All!)

The Pillows were Terrible. Very Flat and didn't even feel like you were sleeping on a pillow.

Make sure they are cleaning the shower walls. There was some hair follicles from the previous guest on the wall. Also the shower heads need to be cleaned. I cleaned them myself and looked almost brand new. The soap scrum on the shower head can be cleaned.

Everything was good
