This was not our first time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Delray Beach but it was the first time with our kids. The facilities are always clean as usual and staff is always polite and courteous. Upon check in our room wasn’t ready, (10am-ish)so we had to wait quite a while. The kids were getting antsy and tired of waiting but the room still wasn’t ready. The staff felt really bad for making us wait I & upgraded our room to a suite with two king beds. We had double the amount of room, not to mention the kids were thrilled!

The property was well located close to Atlantic Avenue with plenty of restaurants and shops. it was also a short walk to the beach. The hotel has a lovely pool with plenty of chairs and a small pool bar. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant, and everyone says hello to each other .

There was very little I didn’t like, however, since you asked, I wish our room had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and also the pillows were very flat. I would have liked a more firm pillow.

The location was perfect for getting into town and accessing restaurants. We walked just about everywhere, which was perfect! The beach was a very easy walk, as well. We loved the rooftop pool and the staff was fantastic! Everyone was very accommodating and ready to help with any questions we had. Good customer service is a rare find these days - but this Courtyard Marriott clearly takes the time to train their staff, and they do it well. Great job!! We'll definitely be back.

An hotel really well located since you can go and visit Delray beach just by walking, no need to use the car. There is a parking within the hotel which is very convenient as well. The staff people are all very nice and helpful, we were able to get our room earlier which was perfect. They give you keys room according to the number of people you are and not only because of the bed numbers. The rooftop pool is clean, with a nice view. The room is big and clean too.

The bedroom doesn't have any windows you can open, this is something really important since I do like having fresh air in the room even if slightly open.

The location was great. You could walk to the beach Atlantic Avenue bars and restaurants.

I never like it when hotels tack on a parking charge. We were lucky and found street parking for all but one night.

I like everything about the staff Joseph and Jackson was more than excellent they are very pleasant and helpful it was actually the day of my birthday they make my day with the service they provided also I recommend yvrose the housekeeping lady she was very nice and polite and helpful

The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was really nice.

I think the bathroom could have a shelf on the wall or under the sink counter. anything we bought to eat was very expensive. A little bagel was $7.

Travelled with spouse and teen. Room was plenty big for us. Rooftop pool and bar are nice. Walking distance to main area of Delray Beach. Easy parking. We were in the area visiting friends and this was pretty central for us.

Staff were pleasant, parking is affordable and the location can't be beat!

The bed felt a bit worn (like sleeping in a hammock) and the bathroom floor was not very clean when we arrived.

Very convenient location: Walking distance to the beach. Our room had a great size for a family with 2 kids. Very clean. Nice lobby & breakfast area.

Disposable plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast: a lot of unnecessary waste - not up to today’s standards, in my opinion (and not fit for this type of property). Also: does anyone really enjoy eating breakfast with plastic forks, knives and spoons?! Staff at reception seemed rather demotivated, whilst the ground floor bistro team went out of their way to accommodate one’s wishes.
