Comfortable beds Lots of space. Very friendly staff. Servicing every day with a good clean. Fresh towels, beach towels, coffee etc and changes of bed linen as needed. Washing machine and dryer on site and iron and ironing board in apartment. Brilliant location just across the road from the beach on a quiet road, close to the intracoastal. Beach chairs and umbrellas available to borrow. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Plenty of car parking spots. Check out at 11am

Noisy air conditioning and fridge.

Although we stayed only 2 days and 1 night, we highly appreciated the hotel and the customer service. The room was perfectly clean, wonderful bed and pillows, and had absolutely everything you need in the room, bathroom and kitchen area, even a dishwasher. No need to bring anything with you. I mean, nothing at all. There is everything there, all the knives, forks and spoons, all the utensils for eating and cooking, and much, much more, right down to a can and bottle opener, a whisk, measuring spoons, etc. A wonderful inner courtyard with a pool and a wonderful shady gazebo, a barbecue area, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. You had to walk 150 m along a wonderful shady path to the ocean beach. The service manager Marsha was beyond praise. With her we felt like we had come to our loving family. We left the hotel with absolute confidence that we will now return there again and again. Thank you very much, Marsha!

We really enjoyed staying at the Sun Dek Beach House. It was very clean and quaint. It was close to the beach and also had a heated pool which was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. This is not a complaint, but only a preference, but the hot water was only warm. We appreciated the housekeeping service as well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that could be done is to extend the bathroom out a bit, maybe to the sliding glass door so there is a little more room in there. Also if a few more shelves could be added in the bathroom, in the window or above the bathroom for more space to sit out toiletries. And maybe more comfortable seating in the living space and a little larger TV.

The location of Sun Dek Beach House was in an area of beautiful homes where I could walk to exercise as well as walk or uber to two restaurants on the water. I felt safe and secure traveling by myself. The beach was literally through a path across the street, and the pool was clean and well maintained at the hotel. In addition, the staff were exceptional! I had a flat tire, and the staff member on duty helped me find places where I could take the tire to get fixed. I will definitely return! Thank you!

Closeness to the beach, wonderful pool, clean, well appointed, pet-friendly, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels, a little “library”, quiet guests, numerous of rooms, 60s FL architecture, nicely renovated.

Pricey, WiFi not great in our apt. (furthest away from router) but just walk outside and it’s fine.

The hotel’s location, facilities, and rooms are very clean. The room is spacious and includes a full kitchen. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and in a very nice neighborhood.

The mattress wasn’t quite right for our usual sleeping habits, but everything else was great.

Right across from the ocean which was great. Very nice pool with great floats and comfortable seating. Available barbecue grills. Room was spacious and well equipped with full kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower enclosure could’ve been cleaner. Bathroom was cramped with no air conditioning vent. This hotel could use a privacy fence along the road to muffle noise from the pool area.

Exceptionally clean, awesome staff..beautiful space, amazing bed..close walk to beautiful natural beach..quiet, wonderful getaway. If you looking for a giant Ritz like hotel. This ain't it. If you looking for quiet real Florida, close to fun beach marina, bars, Delray: this is your place..ask for room 16..wonderful

Everything was amazing! Super clean suite (thank you Ashley 😊). Location is great for couples. Quiet and relaxing. Pool and surrounding area are perfect. Love the Sun Dek

Only thing I have to say is the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but it’s a sofa bed. I’m the one that lost the rock, paper, scissors
