Beautiful design and location! Great service from the valet staff.

When we arrived the front desk receptionists weren’t informative, they didn’t tell us anything about the property, bars, restaurants, amenities, just gave us our room keys and that’s it. I felt like it was a missed opportunity. We paid $1,500 for 2 nights and the hotel felt like just another hotel, not luxurious, the lobby bar looked closed, no welcome drinks or any kind of special welcome treat.

Location and amenities were wonderful

I booked the most expensive room with a large terrace when I got there they told me they didn’t have any available but would not discount the room to regular room prices

The front desk person. Tom, was very nice. The gym is excellent for a hotel. The parking in area is free. Lot's of restaurants and the variety is good. Nice walking area. The hotel provides two chairs, an umbrella and towels for the beach. They also have bikes you can ride. It is a 15 walk walk to the beach.

On Friday and Saturday night they have a roof top DJ and the noise travels through the Hotel so that you hear a constant beat until 1:00 am in the morning. Not good for sleeping.

We were in Del Ray Beach to attend a funeral. Walking into the lobby we were greeted by a wonderful woman who welcomed us in song. They did everything they could to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Getting a later checkout time was extremely helpful. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked amazing, This was one of the most pleasant stays I have had in a hotel. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for me.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Very stylishly designed. Three excellent dining venues, including a terrific rooftop bar. Also contains a sweet coffee bar where you can grab an espresso and pastry in the morning. Located on a street with many other nice shops and restaurants. Absolutely loved the Byredo Gypsy Water hand soap, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The whole hotel is infused with this marvelous scent.

No complaints at all. Would definitely like to return for another stay!

I love this property. The hotel is delightful with a really great vibe. The location is stellar as there are multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is also a short walk east. It’s located in the cutest little area of Delray Beach that I just love. The staff is exceptional. Very welcoming, very friendly and very willing to help. The rooms are a great size, really comfortable, and some offer sizable balconies.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Daniel & Jose were very friendly, helpful & hospitable. Love that there are on-site restaurants & the secure method of using the elevator to get to your floor.

One of my friends & I came for a relaxing vacation, & after a long day of traveling, sanitizing the room, & getting ready for bed an alarm on the baseboard went off at 12:30-1 A.M. We had to switch rooms because they couldn't repair it & and sanitize the new one all over again. The next morning of our relaxing vacay, we woke up to construction/renovating above us & shared our concerns with the front desk. The great thing is the staff members from the front desk, housekeeping, and doormen at The Ray made sure the rest of our stay was great! In spite of the few hiccups. We will definitely return & refer others.

Convenient location to restaurants and shopping area. The hotel provides golf cart transportation to the beach, which takes about 15 min by car or 20 min walk. Porters/bellman were very helpful.

Front desk was generally not helpful or courteous, with a few exceptions. It took 45 min for pickup at beach so I took an uber. Lobby bar was closed until further notice. We were on the 4th floor and could hear the music from the rooftop until 1am.

This is our 2nd visit to Delray and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Staff is always super friendly and very helpful. As we departed, we had the pleasure of speaking with Peter. He was kind enough to help us to our car and had a lovely departing chat. We live near Melbourne so it’s our own special staycation! Til next time☺️

Convenient location near restaurants and downtown shopping. Nice design and comfortable beds.

There’s street noise on weekends due to location. Train noise as well, even though the train passes by fast and is not frequent.
