Thank you very much, I am very happy because this experience was very pleasant, they treated me better. MIShe was a very friendly bartender and let me put music on my phone and liven up that area, that atmosphere at that moment. I spent about 2 hours drinking coffee at the bar. It was great to share with myself and to have received the warm and friendly quality of service from this lady. Thank you very much, God bless you.

They can improve the quality of the food in the bar, it is very quiet, it is very simple, they can have a happy hour with a certain schedule, it is a way to warmly welcome guests on Friday and Saturday, maybe, we are still in the New Year and many people are on vacation. The variety of wines is also a good idea. 👍

The cordial gentleman who has always had an excellent attitude, receives me at the reception on Sundays at around 9 pm. He is very decent, polite, attentive, always with a good attitude, he is very helpful. He always helps me with everything.

The maid did not clean the bathroom properly. I left her a $20 tip in room 410. I asked for hand sanitizer to wash the white shower in the bathroom myself, which I was using. I had to do everything myself. In the end, another lady came and brought me conditioner, hand sanitizer, and shampoo. The maid did not clean the bathroom, she only mopped the floor. She did not clean the nightstands. Even so, I left her a tip because I know what it is to be a maid too, but please, let's earn money by doing a job with a good attitude because we are all users and servers at some point in our lives. Thank you very much.

Levonte was the gentleman who checked me in and was able to solve any problem or question that I had. He was kind and efficient. He made my stay. My room was clean, quiet and well equipped. I also ate breakfast and it was of good quality and variety. Parking was easy and free. The hotel was perfect for my needs and a good value for the price.

The overall cleanliness of my room was good. The carpet had few spots that needed further cleaning. The maid staff did not speak english and were not helpful. There were a few campers/trailers in the back parking lot that seemed permanent and or broken down. This gave me an uneasy feeling about the parking lot but I had no security issues. It took away from the professional appearance of the hotel.

Location was great! The staff was friendly. We arrived 45 minutes early and they allowed us to check in. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, I like that it only has four floors.

The hotel only has three luggage carriers, adding two more wouldn't hurt because people were ready to check out and needed a luggage cart but they had to wait. Didn't like that the only ice machine was on the second floor and I was on the fourth floor. I didn't like that we could not adjust our a/c thermostat.

Didn't try your breakfast. $17 is too expensive for that breakfast. $15 is the right price and I believe you'd get more customers buying it if you just lower it by $2.

Ugliest Hallway carpeting on the planet! Looks dirty even though it is not!! Gym was pretty weak in terms of equipment. No way to do lat pulldowns. Do you folks really need to charge $4.00 for potato chips when I can by that same brand in NYC for $2??

The two young men who were working at the front desk when I checked in were very professional and friendly. They made an extra effort to room my sister directly across the hall from me which we both appreciated. The room was also very clean and nice.

What I did not like was when my sisters and I entered the lobby to check in there were three staff members behind the bar - one woman and two men. The woman was yelling at the other two for several minutes. I never heard anything from the men; if they were talking they were quiet and discreet. She didn't care that there were customers in the lobby checking in. She was highly unprofessional and lacking in awareness. She should be strictly disciplined and if she is a manager of any type she should be fired. Her behavior was wildly inappropriate and it was embarrassing for the hotel.

I loved the spaciousness of the room, cleanliness and amenities. Staff were extremely welcoming and nice. Assistant Manager Guy was extremely helpful as this was a last minute trip for a family matter.

Food selection wasn’t great and the one night I wanted to order at the restaurant it was closed. I wish there had been a sign or warning bc I didn’t have a car and relied on taking Uber and would have planned better for dinner that evening

Our flight came in early like 8am so we called the hotel if we could have a courtesy early check in the nice lady said she would call us back around 11am after picking up the car rental and stop to have breakfast. She called us 11.15 and said we could check-in now we we're so grateful since we been traveling for 9 hours me my daughter and my 10 years old son Check-in was great. The receptionist Tia Very professional friendly and kind. She make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean everything was good and checkout was great. Tia hope we visit soon again. And we definitely will and also recommend to others Thank to the Hilton staff.

Great location quiet neighborhood

Booking.com did not make a reservation of two rooms as I requested. Only one room was reserved, even the email I received said two rooms. The check-in person at the hotel had to cancel the reservation and remake a reservation for two rooms. I paid for the two rooms at the hotel. Booking.com should review the reservation system, to avoid this type of inconvenient to the customers.

The reservation made by Booking.com, was not correct.

Hilton Garden Inn, Boca Raton is located in an exceptional area surrounded by beautiful lush landscaping. Our room was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Super comfortable bed, relaxing pool area, plenty of free parking. Very safe surroundings within walking distance to an ice arena ( even in Boca Raton) and a small lake with water fountain that you can walk the circumference. We truly enjoyed our stay here!!
