We stayed two nights, and the location was very convenient for our needs. The breakfast was decent, although I would have preferred more fresh fruit options. Beds were comfortable, and the room size was larger than most hotels. The day time desk clerk was super friendly and accommodating. This was a busy hotel. We had a great meal at Luff's Fish House!

The evening desk clerk was strangely rude. When we walked in, he didn't even say "Hello", Welcome or Good evening. Just rudely said "Name". It made me want to turn around and leave. However, he did willingly change our beds from one to two, so that was appreciated.

We absolutely loved this hotel – everything was perfect! The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely, spotlessly clean, with fresh, great-smelling bed linen. Everything we needed was provided in the room. And the breakfast – what a delicious, varied, and delightful experience! Special thanks to the chef – everything was incredibly tasty! I’ve never had such perfectly crisp and delicately fried bacon, not even in the finest restaurants!

The room was fantastic. Lots of light, the beds were comfortable, and white clean sheets. The breakfast was ok. I have had better. Lots of choices, and we ate something different every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly. Always smiling.

Renovations. No mention of this on their site, and the hammering until 6pm was a bit annoying. I think they should definitely let the customers know or offer a reduction in price.

Great prices and great staff. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Free parking and with lot of spots. Had a little inconvenience at the check in due to miscommunication with booking.com but the lady at the desk (I forgot to pick up her name) did her best to solve the problem. Breakfast was a great surprise with the waffle machine!

The WIFI was a little bit unstable and didn't work with my computer. That's the only thing that I would "complain" about. The rest was everything perfect.

AMAZING HOTEL!! Breakfast was Excellent. Staff was impressive/ Awesome/ friendly/ welcoming/ great work ethics. Staff Seemed to enjoy their job. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Shampoo/conditioner soap better than most hotels. Cannot say enough. Didn’t check reviews before- glad I didn’t because I wouldn’t have picked this hotel because bad reviews. The area where people smoke out front. It stinks to walk past them. It looks bad when pulling in as a first impression. The gym- didn’t have and cleaning/sanitizing wipes for the machines before and after use.

Staff is amazing. Zhana( front desk) and David ( engineering) went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable. Breakfast was great. No bugs around. Very clean unit and nice pool.

If any cons I would say the bathroom has no fans and the train run shaking the building.

I didn't use the breakfast facility on this trip, but it has never failed in the past. Bed was comfortable and staff is nice. Not sure what the young mans name is that works the FD in the morning, but he is positive, energetic and always has a smile on his face. He could light up the room with his smile, it is very contagious.

Toilet always seemed to burp when it was flushing

Breakfast was included which was good. The room was comfy and clean. I was hoping to use the pool and gym but ended up being too busy on my short trip. Good free parking and close to main routes. Staff were great.

It was as expected for the price. Would have been nice to have restaurant and / or bar but you could buy drinks and snacks and restaurants were pretty close.

The breakfast was good and the workers were always keeping food available. If you didnt find food, they went and filled the missing foof

It was very surprising with all the hotels in the area and industries there weren’t places to get lunch or supper within walking distance.

I had a lot of concerns after reading some reviews, but my room was excellent - no evidence of any of the problems others reported. One very nice feature was the control for the tub/shower is not centered over the faucet, it is closer to where you are standing before you get in. Also, the breakfast buffet was outstanding - a tip would be to go early as it gets very crowded later.
