Have been feeling at home since the first day! As I arrived a front desk young lady named Teran, went beyond to help me with my reservation , new cellular SIM card and accent, even though I was totally spacing out due to many hours in a plane. Next morning, to my surprise, I was welcoming by Carmelite, whom works here for so many years and still welcome us with fresh attention to an authentic American breakfast. Good quality, good variety, great taste.

Our air-conditioned went out so we needed a place to stay. All the other hotel prices was ridiculous high. You guys weren't. Everyone was very friendly. They upgraded our room. The room was very nice and smelled really good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other people. The breakfast was good Had a nice variety of breakfast items. The coffee was really good too.

The only thing that was wrong was rust running down the shower tiles from the grab bar in the shower

Few points to be improved; 1. Airconditioning is too loud, 2. Door lock does not work, 3. When you back to room after some time, carpets smells bad

I really liked the location of the Hotel. It was very easy to get where we had to go. The breakfast area was so good, I don't know how to spell the ladies name that ran it, she went out of her way for me. I love Rasin Bran, she made sure I had it. Then I asked for Rasin Bagel, she got one out of the freezer for me. You have a real gem of an employee there. She was like that to everyone. Now, we were in room 415, the lady that cleaned our room was awesome. She did a great job. Our room was serviced every other day because we there 9 nights. We set that up on check in. All staff at the front desk we very friendly and polite. Can't say enough good. The bathroom was awesome. Loved the products, and that you always had 🔥 HOT WATER!!!

I didn't like that there was not enough storage for clothes. No real bureau. Just 3 metal pull out slide things. We didn't have enough room. We had to use ironing board for clothes.

I liked everything, but what I don't understand is why they charged me an additional charge of more than 26 dollars for no reason. They say they didn't do it and I see the charge in my bank account.

This was our second trip to this hotel. Our stay was very pleasant and cozy. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff in the breakfast area were very pleasant, gracious and helpful, in particular Carmalite and Dora. We enjoyed the unlimited access to the state of art gym and large outdoor pool. There’s also nice restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this hotel!

It was nice to have breakfast available but honestly it wasn’t great. Very mediocre. We stayed 4 nights and after the second breakfast we were really tired of it. (Coffee was good) However service personnel were friendly and efficient.

The breakfast had many options and the dark roast coffee was excellent. All requests for replenishing empty platters were instantly done with a pleasant smile. The lemon/mint water by the pool was exceptional and a lovely touch

Quality of bread/desserts could be better

The breakfast was great and the setup was very easy to follow. All of the staff was super helpful and polite, everyone greeted you with a smile. The room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also appreciated the free parking for guests.

My only complaint is that the TV seemed too far away from the bed in our deluxe king room, it made it hard to see at times.

Very clean compared to the last hotel I stayed in (comfort inn and suites). This place was very comfortable. Clean furniture, bed spread, bathroom. I loved the smell of the shampoo and conditioner. Usually hotel shampoos aren’t the greatest and I bring my own. But I used theirs!! This will be my go to hotel whenever I come back to visit the area. And the breakfast in the morning was really good. Big selection and fresh. Thank you!
