Peaceful location right on the beach. On a quiet road that has a path alongside for walking/running. The restaurant on site was a solid choice for dinner and obviously very convenient.

Good size room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Valet team and beach team were friendly and professional. Balcony was lovely. Beach is beautiful and feels quite private. Nearby Delray downtown but far enough to be away from the buzzing nightlife.

Pool area was untidy with empty glasses and bottles around the edge of pool, not much upkeep throughout the day. Front desk staff not particularly friendly. A few different drunk guests spoiling the atmosphere for the rest of the place including cursing and tacky behavior in front of families and other guests. Laminated floors are loud above your head.

The resort was clean, the professional personnel were delightful and the convenience of having the pool just steps from the beach was wonderful. The beach service for chairs and dining was very good.

The restaurant had limited dining options for my partner who requires a Celiac-safe menu. While there were options which could be adjusted to be gluten-free the safety of preparation was not available.

The property was beautiful and the staff were super friendly and professional.

Only complaint I have is the outlet in the bathroom did not work. Which was super inconvenient because I needed to blow and style my hair with an outlet and a mirror. I called down to maintenance. They said they would need to replace the outlet and unfortunately they never came back to fix it my entire stay. It was a good thing I proactively asked for an extension cord to plug it into the bedroom outlet so I can use the bench and mirror in the bedroom hallway.

Latitutes was exceptional. Servers name was Katie and she is outstanding. Staff by pool were helpful. Plenty of water to stay hydrated.. The valets for luggage and car were very polite. Just a great experience.

Two issues. Had trouble with room service on Thursday - could not get order confirmed. The only staff person that needs some training was the guy setting up chairs. on the beach. He said he would bring towels and he never came back. I walk with a cane and needed assistance getting up from lounger. He was nowhere to be found but another guest assisted me.

Love the cleanliness, location and attentive staff. Really enjoyed the evening chocolate chip cookies as well as the premade bags of ice available.

Only slight complaint would be that our vehicle was completely covered in a layer of salt after first overnight parking with valet. Couldn’t even see out of the windows.

Great location. The quality of the hotel matched what it looks like online. The valet was efficient and we never had to wait much for our car.

Workers were mowing the lawn outside of our room at 7:50 a.m. Maybe they could start at 9:00 a.m. or later. Also, the resort sells day passes so even though the hotel was not very full the pool had a lot of people and kids in it.

Wonderful place to spend a few exceptional days with the family, clean, pleasant, very well cared for and maintained, excellent beachfront restaurant, good value for money, my family and I were very pleased with our 4-night stay in a beachfront room, good Wi-Fi, we will definitely be staying for a few more days in the summer.

Beautiful place and service -oriented staff. Waiters servicing the pool area and beach. Restaurant onsite was awesome (both the food and gorgeous interior). Room was clean and bed was heavenly....really nice!

The hotel remodeling was underway right outside our room (246) and a jack hammer woke us up Monday morning. Our room was right on the end of the wall where cement removal was occurring. We should have been advised of work that was underway on the wall of our room.
