The accommodations were fabulous, well appointed, spotless and very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and peaceful. The room was very quiet for being right on A1A and the unobstructed view of the ocean from the 2nd floor is spectacular! Could watch the sunrise from the living room! Check in is easy. This is my 2nd stay and I was very pleased once again. Will always choose to stay here when in Delray Beach. I absolutely love the Dover House!

Some of the AC vents are aged and could stand to be replaced as well as the shower curtain bar which showed some rust. Also didn't have a hair dryer which I thought odd but don't always use one so no hinderence for me.

The location was great right across the street to the beach! The place was quiet and other guests very respectful. The staff was very kind and fast at responding to requests. They provided beach chairs so we didn't need to rent off the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby you could walk to so we didn't need a car. We took an Uber to whole foods nearby but plenty of other food stores to shop from.

The location is fabulous across the beach and near Atlantic Avenue. The property has been renovated and the gardens are beautiful. Lovely swimming pool area

I have been vacationing there since 2008 one to two weeks at the time each year. The rates have gone up steadily due to Covid, the economy and the renovations. We were introduced to that property through a timeshare connection.

The view was awesome and the restaurants in walking distance. The space was fantastic, comfy beds and PILLOWS!! Very cool on the hottest days, and ICE in the freezer I really appreciated!! Perfect for extended stay, super comfortable all around!!

I think they could use some better lighting in the outdoor spaces. I came in after dark and the lighting was difficult in the rain. Also you should make clear there are no elevators, so if you have problems with stairs, it wasnt great for me to be surprised with that in the dark and rain. I would not have booked the 2nd story if I had known, as I've had double knee replacements.

The property is older but nicely refurbished. It is directly across the street from the ocean and beach and a very beautiful walk to downtown Delray Beach which has great boutiques and restaurants.

Our hot water was pretty much warm water. Maintenance was very prompt at answering our request for service but we needed to be in the unit for them to come to look at it. It was mildly warm even after their visit but never got hot.

The Location is exceptional and the rooms are great! We were on floor 2 and had a beautiful ocean view. I highly recommend this hotel and we will come back next time when we visit DelRay beach! The beach is also beautiful and there are great restaurants next door. We also liked the Sandoway Discovery Center that is just 1 block away.

The location is optimal for beach and downtown. Been there a few times over the years. Staff friendly and responsive. Like the improvements of offering delivery of other necessities from staff. (Complimentary beach chairs)

Maybe additional lounge chairs at pool. Indoor furniture needing steam cleaning soon.

The location, opposite the beach yet close to the very active Atlantic Avenue strip was Ideal. The room was spotless and all systems worked well. contactless check in and checkout was easy beyond expectation. There was convenient and adequate parking

The TV cable subscription does not include the BBC or Music choice, both of which would be a plus. the kitchen was well equipped, but no pot.

Everything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. All there for you at a text. The hospitality was great. If we needed something, we just sent a text and a staff member was at our front door within minutes. GREAT SERVICE.

Honestly, nothing. If you need me to say something, I would add a light at the front gate for evening. That is it.

The Dover house is conveniently located across from the beach. Just blocks from the downtown area. It is a non contact hotel but if you text to the number provided immediately someone answers and your request is taken care of. The rooms itself are very nice. Small living room area, eat in kitchen and separate bedroom, which was a very nice size. It is very well maintained!! Inside and out!! Would love to stay here again!!

The only con I could think of was no space to put your toiletries in the bathroom. Maybe some shelves would be good.
