The room was great. Well appointed. Large. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure. The location is great for walking Atlantic Avenue. The smash burgers at the beach club poolside grill were amazing.

They are doing construction by the pool at the hotel - the pool bar / restaurant was closed for remodeling. Apparently;y, there was waitstaff making runs to the bar & kitchen, but when we got there in the late morning, they were few and far between. This problem is temporary. {The hotel also has a beach club (beach, pool, restaurant, poolside grill) accessible by a 15 minute walk or a frequent shuttle. We went there for lunch and then sat on the beach.]

I loved everything about this hotel. The beds were amazing, especially if you like a firm mattress. The pool at the hotel is very nice but I prefer the beach club. I took a shuttle provided by the hotel to the beach club every day. The food was great there. The service was amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

The only issue is the rooms can be noisy because it’s so close to the main road.

The Hotel is in an excellent location. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and prompt. The cafe / restaurant / boutiques are very nice. The pool is GREAT and comfortable. The access to the Beach Club is an amazing option that is offered to the customers.

I feel the room was very nice but a bit dated. The lighting in the main room was not good. The bed mattress was lopsided and not real comfortable. The TV's need updated to a smart TV.

Location, beach club, food, most staff.

Both pools were too small for a hotel that size. Front desk staff were untrained, unfriendly. All other staff members were great. Bath toiletries need major upgrading. Housekeeping slow.

The Diamond of Delray !!!! Everything about that hotel was great ,the staff was more than accommodating and very friendly .special thanks to Giselle, ( and everyone at the front desk)Glenn ( and all the valet staff), Peter, and all the bellman staff)Desmond ( both ) archer and everyone in the Atlantic grille . The food was very tasty Well proportioned and very tasty and reasonably priced also Superb beach / pool facility very clean Albert did a great job combing the beach, Perry was a very attentive server the valet staff were also very helpful Unable due to time to visit their yacht/marina and country club golf course but plan on returning very soon to enjoy those aspects I felt very welcomed at the Seagate and move regard it as the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

I didn’t like the fact that my stay had to come to an end but looking forward to my next visit there!

The private beach club is amazing: Service team members: happy and friendly and always available to help. Beach comfront: lounge chairs, fresh clean towels, umbrellas. Locker room- clean, showers with products. Water always availalbe. We also like the turndown service in the evening. The ample size of the room and balcony was great.

The restaurant on the beach had small portions and they just raised the prices so less food and more money. This is a common theme in the hospitality industry lately and it is very discerning to the customer. As a result we choose other restaurant options. Parking not included was a negative.

Location and the room was big

Cleaning was not consistent. Sometime they serviced the room in the evening and sometime they did not. Also their coffee shop had very poor options especially for GF options and was ridiculously expensive e.g a chobani yogurt was $6. A total rip off

They shuttle you to the pool and beach but it’s not that bad because it’s close and there is a pool at the hotel.

Staff was slightly rude and waited a while some days for the shuttle to the beach. Bed wasn't the comfiest either.

Excellent location in Delray on Atlantic Ave (local hot spot for restaurants and nightlife.) The Deluxe King room w/ balcony was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. Staff was courteous and friendly. We were in town for a friend's wedding / with my wife's birthday the following day and took the opportunity for a quick escape. The hotel offers a town car that will transport you at no charge to many of the local restaurants in downtown Delray beach, or to their sister beach club / restaurant property. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and the large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower could be opened into the main bedroom via a divider. Excellent design and the balcony was wonderful to sit on the following morning to enjoy the breeze coming from the beach less than a mile away.

Check-in process was slow. Initially the staff couldn't find my reservation due to apparently switching to a new system earlier that week. Took about 20 minutes to get checked in. Asked for extended checkout at check-in, and was told this was ok. Called front desk to confirm the extended check-out time the following morning, only to learn they wouldn't accommodate. Had I not called no one would have told us. Need more consistency there. Also only parking option is valet. This wasn't really an issue, and the valet staff and porters were excellent and friendly, but was surprised there was no self park option.
