The front desk supervisor/manager was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help with what little hiccups I came across. Everyone was very professional and nice. I will stay here when I return.

I had issues with my first room because the toilet water would not stop running. I was moved to another room the following morning and that room had a bad smell (confirmed by the chief engineer who came to the room), so I was moved the following morning to another room which was very comfortable.

Outstanding renovation. Beautiful, bright rooms with great style. Comfortable bedding and cool room. The pool was the grand feature. Amazing!!! Great design, lighting and super clean. Other than maybe some more choices for lunch, the food was great. Friendly staff! They were welcoming and attentive to our needs.

Viviana at the pool is the best! She is so nice and helpful with each customer. Thank you Viviana! The bedrooms are clean, the breakfast is nice. I would add some more tables as they weren't enough but the food was good.

The elevator in the main hours could be a bit stressful as you need to wait quite a few minutes to jump in.

the only issue we had were the lack of outlets in the room. we could not find a location to plug in the coffee maker. we finally moved a small and place the coffee maker across the room from the counter space and next to the bed. also the exhaust fan in the bathroom apparently only makes noise as it does not draw in any air. so, except for the fact you hired bad electricians the property is great!!

The hotel is new and modern, the room was very clean, the pool is big and heated, the location is great (close to shopping and restaurants).

You can hear the noise of the hallway inside the room.

Pillows a bit lumpy and hard for my taste. Gym suffiecient but as it is small I can see how it might get crowded at times. No microwave in room. I did not like the coffee in the room.

The pool was amazing, as well as the breakfast. Extremely comfortable chairs at the pool. Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The water was off when we arrived and our room wasn't ready, although I asked for an earlier check-in time. The music at the pool is extremely loud.

I like the convenience of everything around the hotel. The staff was great and they made sure we were comfortable.

Breakfast was just okay. eggs didn't taste hot or fresh, sausage a little greasy. I think it would be nice to have some REAL oatmeal. But, it was ok.

The area is very quiet and close to a lot of things. Also, the staff are exceptional! Overall, a very beautiful place!

Leaking toilet and slow draining sink. However, the sink issue could be due to the construction going. But even with this, it still doesn't knock the service, hotel, and location.
